Belize boasts a wealth of Mayan history and is renowned for its stunning cave systems, as well as the impressive Xunantunich site, which features “El Castillo,” the tallest building in Belize, once utilized by the ancient Maya. These are among Belize’s top attractions, offered together in one package. Enjoy a full day of exploring the Mayan world and the underworld Xibalba, with activities such as hiking, floating, and immersing yourself in Mayan history!

- Xunantunich is three hours drive from Placencia we spend two hours at the site then we break for lunch after lunch we drive one hour to the parking area of the cave where we spend three hours cave tubing and exploring the cave!
- We spend two hours at Xunantunich and three hours at Nohoch Che’en Archeological site. The remaining hours are allotted for the travel time.
- Xunantunich Mayan site is not accessible on wheelchair because from the parking lot there’s a short hike up to the hill top or platform which is about quarter mile, Once at the hill top we then climb El Castillo a temple which is 130ft in height approximately two hundred steps

Best Belize Tour - Wilder is incredible guide! Had s much fun on the tour. He is very knowledgeable and laid back. If you want a personal experience in Belize do it with this guide group!!!

A fun, pleasant experience with Wilder Belize Adventures! - We had a great time with Wilder Belize Adventures. After our booking, we were promptly contacted to confirm our booking and pick up time. We were picked up on time at our hotel and were a small private group of 3.
We had the pleasure of being tied by Wilder himself. On our way to Xunantunich Mayan Ruins, Wilder told us about the Mayans, their custom, the site we were about to visit and other related information. He talked clearly and loid enough so that everyone could hear him in the car.
We then visited the site and afterward, were brought to local restaurant where we had lunch.
We then headed to our next activity, the cave tubing.
Everything was well organized and we were brought safely to our hotel after a fun, pleasant day with Wilder. I highly recommend!

Excellent Experience! - I did the Xunantunich and Cave tubing tour in October with Wilder Belize. Victor was our guide, and he did an outstanding job. He picked us up at our accommodation right on time. He knew all of the cool stops when we needed a coffee, and I can't imagine talking to anyone who knows more about the Mayan site of Xunantunich. We even got to see a spider monkey in the trees near the ruins, since he knew where to look. I would 100% book another tour with this company and I hope to visit Belize again for more adventures!

Great experience - Wilder was an amazing tour guide! We went to Belize to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. My husband really wanted to go to Xunantunich. I initially had some difficulty finding tours because we traveled in the off season and there was only 2 of us on the trip (a lot of tours had a 4 person minimum). Wilder took just the 2 of us on this private tour and it was perfect! He was extremely knowledgable about Mayan history. Afterwards, he took us to a great lunch at a local spot that we would have never found on our own. The food was amazing and he made great recommendations. Then we headed to cave tubing, which was also beautiful and perfect. I'd highly recommend Wilder to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and knowledgable guide.

Best tour adventures in Belize! Highly recommend! - Wilder is amazing! So knowledgeable about Belize, the animals and the history! His adventures are a must! We’ve done three separate outings with him and every single one is recommended. Cave tubing, ATV, waterfalls, Xunantunich, all are fantastic! We had a group of all ages and he was able to cater to all! Can’t wait for the next time we visit Belize to go another adventure with Wilder! Hands down, the BEST!

Incredible experience, even better tour guide! - This experience was excellent as it is but our tour guide took it from an 8/10-10/10.
When you go make sure you insist that Pablo is your tour guide. He was fun, funny, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. We had a long drive and he used that time to teach us about the culture and the country which was a huge value ad.
During the Mayan tour, we had other groups following us because their guide was lame and just walking them through.
When you do this tour, INSIST you get Pablo as your guide!

Best Excursions Ever! - These were by far the BEST excursions we have ever done and we’ve done many! To begin, Wilder is extremely professional, friendly, and prompt. We did an AMAZING ATV tour through the jungle and booked a Mayan ruin with cave tubing the following day. They picked us up at our Airbnb in an incredibly comfortable van, we had informative and engaging tour guides, and the excursions were TOP NOTCH. Do not look anywhere else in Belize because they’re the BEST! Thank you so much for making our family vacation absolutely MAGICAL!

Great locations, not so great guide - Everything felt great at the beginning until this guy started flirting with family members. Honestly inappropriate and unprofessional considering my kids were underage. Sadly, won't recommend. Great locations however
