Half day snorkeling - Danny was fantastic and so knowledgeable with everything, he answered all of my questions and pointed out all of the different fish and what they are and do in the eco system. This tour was everything I wanted it to be and I got to see everything I’d hoped to!

Best 3 hours snorkeling!!! - Great time and saw so much in the 3hours!!! Each stop was so well worth it! Especially the sharks! The instructors Kyle and Mike were amazing.

Awesome snorkeling. - Very fun tour, so many fish to see. We really appreciated the guided tour underwater and explanation of the fish we were seeing. The nurse shark area was amazing. Best snorkeling tour we’ve done. Highly recommend this tour.

The best tour of all my trip - AMAZING DAY! I’ve been going diving at Great Barrier Reef in Australia and Gili (Indonesia). This was only snorkeling but I’ve seen more sea animals in on day than in my previous dives with bottles! The guides were every experienced and amazingly friendly and attentive. On top of it they ate the cheaper in town. Don’t hesitate and just book with them 😍

Great Snorkeling Experience with Ridge and Reef Adventures! - We very much enjoyed our snorkeling experience with Ridge and Reef Adventures! My partner and I were paired with one other couple and we were taken to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley with two experienced guides. Kyle and Dewayne were excellent, and ensured we were thoroughly prepped at each site before going in the water. They were very diligent, ensuring everyone in our group was safe at all times. I especially appreciate how helpful and kind Kyle was when I got water in my mask and needed some help readjusting my equipment. His calm demeanor kept me calm and helped me not to panic. We saw some incredibly beautiful fish at the reef, and got to see nurse sharks and stingray as well! Our guides even took us to a third bonus snorkeling site, and worked to ensure the experience was memorable and enjoyable for every member of our group. I would highly recommend booking your tour with Ridge and Reef Adventures, you won't be disappointed!

Great Snorkeling! - We had great guides and a wonderful trip - lots of amazing fish! It was flexible and easy - they even dropped us off at our resort on the way back!

Horrible experience being yelled at by instructor - Although great in concept, this was not an enjoyable experience. Having snorkeled at many locations, I am well aware of what to expect. The tour guide, Jordan, in my opinion was not the best. First, the tour guides told all the travelers to get on the boat and didn’t help anyone on to the boat which left one person banging their head on the boat awning. Into the trip, the guides explained the tour but did not introduce themselves. Once we arrived at the first destination, I raised my hand and said I am not a swimmer in which he responded “why did you book a snorkeling trip?” Once I received a life jacket I went into the water with the rest of the group. We split into two groups. The group with Kyle had an excellent time and was able to see a multitude of fish. The group with Jordan was not enjoyable, one person lost their googles and tried to get help but was ignored. My partner and I were following Jordan and with the strong currents were u a me to keep up at which time we were yelled at for not keeping up with the group. His directions were not clear and while in the water he said this is the worst group and we failed the swim test. My partner was getting frustrated with the Jordan and was tired and swallowing water while trying to swim so she made a decision to get on another boat because the current was too strong. He then started yelling at her to get off the boat which she refused and the boat let her know they would take her back to our boat. I then joined the rest of the group and we all struggled trying to get back to the boat holding on to one lifejacket (5 of us) that he was pulling. As we made our way towards the boat, the other instructor Kyle came to the group and pulled me back to the boat in which I remained on the rest of the trip since I was not enjoying the experience at all! Again I have gone snorkeling at least 10 times at different locations and this was the absolute worst! As experienced instructor they should have either not taken the group out to far section and remained in the shallow section (as Kyle did for his group). I regret spending money on this experience and I am going to write the owners to get at least a credit back.
