Situated in an elegant, historic edifice at the center of Bellingham, Chuckanut Bay Distillery is a genuine grain-to-glass distillery. Our in-depth tour provides a backstage view of how we transform locally sourced grains into internationally recognized Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, among others - a certain delight for all your senses!
The tour, which lasts approximately one hour, comprises two free sample cocktails, a guided exploration of the distillery, and a no-cost memento; a souvenir glass from Chuckanut Bay Distillery.

A great tour - This was one of the best distillery tours we've taken (and that includes the ones we visited on a recent trip to Scotland). Our guide (Harry) knew her stuff and was very good at explaining the process. We were impressed with the quality of the spirits we tasted.

Great Tour and Tour Guide - This tour was super fun and very informative. Nat was a great tour guide! We learned a lot about the history of the distillery (very impressive) and how they make their products. We also had lunch beforehand at the Penny Farthing which was also great. Lunch included a discount since we were taking the tour. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! - Fantastic tour, enjoyed every minute and learned a lot! Delicious product, and the discount on food inspired us to stay after the tour for an afternoon snack.

Fun and educational experience - Very informative fun tour. Our guide Nat is super knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. We really enjoyed. After tour we had snack and drink at Penny Farthing bar. Also super nice and highly recommend this tour and PF.

Amazing tour!!!! - What a great experience!! My boyfriend and I went on a tour and had the most fantastic time! The whole vibe of the distillery and restaurant is amazing, a true hidden gem of Bellingham.
Harry (our tour guide) is so knowledgeable and engaging! Not only did we learn how the distillery process works but we learned about the history of this distillery as well. They also made some of the most delicious cocktails we’ve had and even let us taste some of the liquors. We were lucky enough to be the only ones that signed up for the tour that day and it was so nice to have a private tour!
After the tour we ate dinner at the connected restaurant (Penny farthing) and it was absolutely delicious! We were both very impressed.
If you’re from or visiting Bellingham and looking for a great experienced you’ve got to check out a tour at Chuckanut Distillery! Great experienced for the price!

GREAT TIME!! - I had a great time on the tour! Fun atmosphere and our tour guide Harry was hilarious and very knowledgeable. The cocktails were tasty and you get to see exactly how they’re made.
I can’t recommend this experience enough, and excellent value for the price!

"An Engaging and Fun Chuckanut Bay Distillery Tour with Expert Guide Nat!" - We had an amazing time on the small group tour at The Chuckanut Bay Distillery! Our tour guide, Nat was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the distilling process. Their expertise really made the tour fascinating and engaging from start to finish. We learned so much about the history of the distillery and the art of crafting spirits.
The best part was definitely the interactive and hands-on experiences that Nat guided us through. It made the tour so much fun and allowed us to really immerse ourselves in the process. And of course, the samples of spirits throughout the tour were a delightful touch!
It was a truly entertaining and enjoyable way to spend the evening. Highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a fun, educational, and delicious way to spend time in Bellingham. Thanks, Nat, for such a fantastic experience!

Excellent tour and high quality - I booked this for my partner and I, as well as another couple. I don't really drink a lot but felt the tour was engaging and educational. The others in our group really enjoyed it and the food next store was also great!

Gem of Bellingham - This was, hands down, one of the best tours we have been on in years. Nat, our guide, was knowledgeable, gracious, and full of stories about the distillery and the building it occupies. Would highly reccomend!
