One of our top Portugal highlights - DO NOT MISS! - I get motion sick, so I was nervous about the waves (which is why I didn't want to do the motorboat option)... and the early morning coolness... neither was a problem. The conditions were near perfect for our 9am tour (Sept 23) starting at about 65 degrees F. Going early meant there weren't as many boats on the water with us (we were told that later afternoon after 3pm is also a good time for that). We started right from the beach directly into the kayaks (no motorboat). Legs/feet get wet for sure, but not necessarily your top. I wore a long sleeve UV water shirt, water shoes, and bathing suit shorts, all of which worked perfectly. The tour was led by 2 guides, was very well done even with lots of other groups out on the water with you. The caves and views were AMAZING. The stop on the beach into a cave (even with my claustrophobia) was incredible. This is a DO NOT MISS tour!

Unique kayaking experience - Brenda (I think, from Argentina 🇦🇷) was our guide and she was phenomenal. She knew the history and took us to many caves (Algarves) and beach.

excellent! - Mermaid Brenda was a great guide! The caves were beautiful, and we enjoyed the sunrise trip, despite the cloud cover. Be warned: you WILL get soaked. After the kayak tour, we hiked over the caves to look down through the holes. Incredible!

Sunrise tour at 7 am…a must! - We recommend the 7 am tour… you are the first on the water. A bit cool and you will get wet. Take water shoes. Mike the Viking was a fabulous tour guide. Went thru many caves. A great experience. A must!! It gets very busy later in the am. Enjoy!

Fantastic tour - Fantastic kayak tour at 09.00. It wasn't busy at this time. And Mike de Vike was energetic, helpful and informative with a good dose of humor. What a Talented Guide! We really enjoyed this tour.

Amazing morning - Definitely worth the early start, do the earliest trip you can. Sunrise on the beach is amazing. The guide was super fun and took us through some cool caves, which was almost better than the benagil cave.

Amazing tour, highly recommend! - Our tour guide had great humour and did a wonderful job sharing stories about each cave. The tour didn’t feel rushed and we felt like we got good value. Definitely a highlight of our time in the Algarve.

Great tour - This kayaking tour was amazing, really great views, really nice guides. Only negative point : because of the crowd we had to wait sometimes a long time to see the caves. We recommend this experience

Great tour - extremely rude tour guide David - The scenery was beautiful, and most of the guides were friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience enjoyable overall. However, our experience was overshadowed by David, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He dismissed our concerns about traffic delays, making us feel like we were being unreasonable. If it weren’t for the other guides, I would have rated this experience even lower. I hope they address this issue, as the tour could be fantastic without David’s negative attitude.
