Good advice from crew - I rated this 5 stars even though we did not get to do any of the activities. The water was choppy as we left the port and the two employees told us what was happening and the prediction of higher swells 1.5m, then asked if we wanted to continue. We didn’t because snorkeling would be limited and the other activities likely not possible. Also a high risk of sea sickness. So we want back to port and they worked with me to provide a refund and re-schedule the other family. Sometimes it’s better to NOT do something.

Amazing experience - It was fun, a lot of information! Unfortunately the dolphins were shy on this day but we saw a lot of new and pretty fishes when we dived! The guides were cheerful and attentive to us!

Brilliant Boat Tour - The tour was phenomenal, there was only 6 of us on the boat so it felt like a really nice private tour with no overcrowding etc. We were lucky enough when we went out to see a pod of about 8-10 dolphins swimming along side us! The snorkelling was great as they stopped out over an old part of a ship wreckage and you were able to dive down to it with the help of the crew on board. After this they got the slide and paddleboard/kayaks out and we had fun circling the boat with those for a while. Afterwards we all got a sandwich each for a snack and you could buy either some soft drinks, water or alcohol onboard. Overall it was a great trip and definitely worth the money!

Water activity Boat trip with added Dolphins! - Great way to spend an afternoon- Luis & Alvaro made this boat trip memorable and were great hosts! Shared lots of knowledge whilst looking after everyone. Seeing the dolphins on this trip was the highlight, and the water activities fun. All equipment/wetsuits provided. Nice atmosphere with music and lunch. Even in early April with a cool sea it was well worth it. Nice to experience the marina too. Would recommend 👌

Day on board! - We sent a group of clients who ate at the restaurant and had a great time, they really enjoyed the afternoon on the boat snorkeling, watching dolphins and going down the slide!

Dolphins but no fish - We were lucky enough to see lots and lots of dolphins. I was hoping to see some colorful fish but we didn’t see any! I though for sure on a snorkeling trip you would see at least some fish or even a turtle. Lunch was not what I thought it would be. They offered a sandwich and water. I was expecting at least a snack and a piece of fruit. I was also expecting a bigger boat.

Unprofessional staff. - What a disappointment! The activity was cancelled while we were on the boat and heading to the sea! I cannot understand why it wasn't cancelled the day before, would have saved us the trouble, and because of that the morning was a waste. Found the attitude unprofessional and desonest.

Average experience - Sadly, quite disappointing. Initially no pick up info provided, then when it did there were two locations provided. We decided to go to the Google pin point provided but this was wrong and neither location was correct. The driver finally rang and picked us up, 15 mins late. I attempted to contact the company several times over two days and there was never an answer by phone or email. This trip does not provide "hotel pick up as advertised", which is why we booked it. The tour wasn't great. Sailing for 2 hours hours however did see some dolphins. We eventually got to go in the sea however the water was so choppy it wasn't fun and we weren't in the sea long. The life jackets, all three pink ones we had kept coming loose and are seriously dangerous for someone who has poor swimming skills. The waterslide was down for roughly 20 mins however the waves were so high it wasn't enjoyable. The visibility was very poor when snorkeling. Couldn't use the paddle board or kyak they were simply a safety aid when in the sea. Lunch was a baguette which was nice although no option to provide dietary requirements meaning 2/3 of my party didn't eat the baguette. Take motion sickness tablets as 5 people on the tour were sick. The young boys running the show did their best in choppy waters but little communication, the ladder to get back onto the boat from the water is dangerous. The trip shouldn't have gone ahead today we paid almost £500 and it was not worth it. It should have been rescheduled or refunded. I'm sure in the right conditions it's a great experience but sadly not today.
