The location and contact details not user friendly in Google .. We got disappointed to locate the shop and walked a lot in sunny roads and We have wasted more time to take a tube and to return it.. apart from this we spent more time in water and enjoyed a lot with family. Good luck

The staff were very helpful. The only unclear thing was where the rental location was on the website. We had to ask people where to go.

Most of my family had a great time cruising down the Deschutes, but 2 of us had trouble steering. We thought it might be a helpful to have a small paddle that comes with a tube, for those (such as kids) who have trouble steering. Maybe it could be attached by string or something. Just a thought!
