Small benefit - Big cost - This trip was roughly: 3 hours driving out congested city traffic to congested single lane rural highways to the falls. We spent 20 minutes at the nice-but-unremarkable falls and 3 hours to get back.
My driver was a very pleasant fellow and was kind & gracious, but he struggled with his second language (English) and we were not able to communicate well or often. There were no other people in our group.
Overall, this trip was sadly oversold in its online description and then underdelivered on the tour day.
