Very funny - We went for a couple of days with my 11 and 7 year old daughters and had a great time. Very important to keep in mind the limitation of 1.20 m minimum height when climbing on the slides. Anyway there are other facilities for children of lower height. There were times when we would have liked a smaller volume of music, as it was difficult to have a conversation. But it wasn't for a long time.

Fun for all family of all ages - After reading many reviews about here and the other aqua park in Benidorm I decided to go here as family and our younger one is 6 and this sounded good for younger ones . Wow I wasnā€™t disappointed, it was fab for my 15 year and 17 year old and also me almost 40 years old. We arrived 3th September 2023 for our day here and it was so quite so we hopped on all the rides multi times it was such fun. They do charge for sun Loungeā€™s 5 euros we never got charged and I am glad as I donā€™t think fee for somewhere to sit is fair . I also wear glasses šŸ¤“ and I was asked to remove the theses even When I was just sat in water watching my son play , I refused as obviously I need them to see and I wasnā€™t aware of the no glasses . You can pay 5 euros to water proof your phone but you arenā€™t allowed to take These on the slides to record so donā€™t water proof your phone at cost if thatā€™s why you wants use it Food was decent and fair price I thought Taxis outside when we left so could jump straight in one and get back hotel easy Overall 10/10 fun for all the family highly recommend

Nice and clean park - Not too big swimming paradise with a few nice slides. Some that you can get rid of without a band, but most of them you need a band that you can rent. You can also get a tire at the slides, but you are waiting for the change. We had rented a band and could walk everywhere, no long queues, at most 3 to 4 people in front of us. Clean park, clean toilets and changing rooms; also kept clean throughout the day by staff. Food good, slightly more expensive than at a restaurant in the city, but that is to be expected at a swimming park.

Nice park, little queue. - Nice park, good cleaning. Little queue at the slides. Good opportunity to lock in valuables. Good cleaning in the wardrobes. A bit expensive menu.

Far too expensive and almost no food - Expensive and not very good if your children are under 120cm they are not allowed down any slide, Food at the many eateries in the park is not really an option as the food is mostly sold out at 2pm despite being very expensive. Sunbed also costs ā‚¬5,- per person we were almost ā‚¬200,- lost before we stood feet in the water.

Basic - for kids, for seniors there are only 4, the rest for kids lots of small slides pool, kids enjoy it. you have to pay for everything, locker, hammock parking etc I regret paying for the parking since on the way out there was the barrier raised, today there were not many people or queues anywhere, there were seals but of course, paying. it is not a lustrous site, it is unattractive, but to take children is fine, they have a great time, summarizing, a basic site not remarkable

Disappointing day at Aqua Natura - Experience was a bit disappointing. Firstly, nothing about skip the line tickets, you donā€™t even get a band or anything so how can you skip the line? Also, everything is extra! They charge you for everything, sunbeds, lockers etc. not much open, ice cream place and snack bar not open, only one wee snack bit with limited menu. A few rides not open, one with a weight limit and others that need two people only, so if you are yourself then tough! Also they sell you waterproof phone cases, great! But what they donā€™t tell you is itā€™s pointless as you canā€™t actually take it on any rides with you! So 9ā‚¬ to lie in my bag in the locker! A bit of a disappointing dayā€¦

Average - Park is too small and far too busy. The flumes were ok but we spent far too much time in a queue. You have to turn up well before opening to be able to hire floaties for the flumes, thatā€™s the only way to avoid having to wait for ages to get one at the bottom of the flumes. If you donā€™t turn up first thing then they will all have sold out and then youā€™re basically a second class citizen for the day, waiting in queues just to get a single turn on a flume, while those who managed to hire can just go straight on. Itā€™s clearly another way of the park exploiting people for more money. Many strange rules including, no goggles allowed on flumes, no sun glasses in the pool, even in the shallow water for paddling, must wear a t shirt to get food, even though there are loads of people without t shirts on already eating food (it was 34 degrees). The park is in a pretty bad state and needs renovated, many dangerous places to slip at the main pool, not sure why something grippy hasnā€™t been put down yet. One of the slides is that rough it hurts your back sliding down it, where the joints on the flume are. The ground is not pleasant to walk on at all either. We only went here instead of Aqualandia, to try and go to somewhere a bit quieter, which wasnā€™t the case. The day out wasnā€™t the worst and we still had some fun, but definitely has a bunch of issues and things to make the park better and to make it more fair for everyone. Some of the staff were very friendly, however, the odd ones were just miserable and seemed to like to power trip. After paying about ā‚¬150 for entrance tickets for a family, expect to pay for sun beds, floaties (if thereā€™s any left), extortionate prices for food & drinks, locker hire etc ā€¦ Nothing is affordable at Aqua Natura.
