AVIS SPAIN....TOTAL RESPONSIBLE! THEY'RE A MESS. - Last September 12th we rented a Vans at Barajas airport, which we had booked via the Iberia website. We were handed a car with previous damage, which may be because it was declared, but it contained hidden vices, which if we had Pro control, would not have happened. This put all of us at risk and at the outbreak of the tire, which was previously damaged. This notorious irresponsibility of AVIS, deepens by not responding and ignoring our legitimate claim. We cannot believe what happened, let alone the lack of response from AVIS. A total shame!!!!!!!!
