Fabulous evening from start to finish - Fabulous evening from start to finish. We enjoyed the meal which considering mass catering was very good. Entertainment was spectacular with fabulous dancing, background sets and speciality acts. A welcome change from the madness of the Benidorm Strip.

It you have a bucket list,put the benidorm palace on it !!!! - The quality of the food,the staff attitude ,and a non stop energy filled show fit for Vegas, made it an especially special night. The work put the costumes,I'm still buzzing from one of the most memorable nights ever.

Spectacular - The variety of amazing singing, dancing, magic and strength displays were all fantastic. Drinks were excellently priced, staff were all friendly and attentive.

Great evening - We had a great evening at the Benidorm Palace watching Aire. We went for the pre-show dinner, which was surprisingly good considering its mass catering. Our waiter Joni was very friendly, entertaining and helpful, ensuring the member of our group with a nut allergy was taken care of. It was our first time at the venue and the show did not disappoint, good cabaret show. Our teenage sons even enjoyed the evening. Would definitely recommend.

Best night out - The Benidorm Palace is a brilliant night out suitable for all ages. The food is OK for mass catering but if it is something you can afford it is worth getting the best package as the seats you get are spectacular. The pre show jazz entertainment is a bit dated but the main show is as good as anything you could wish to see, a mixture of Spanish dance, modern dance, music, acrobatics, magic and spectacular costumes. Also in the interval you get a live band and everyone dances, The value for money is truly incredible. We saw the Aire show and it was great.

Great evening out. - We visited here 4 adults and one 12 year old the show was brilliant, very entertaining and great in the break in show where technically it wasn't a break where nothing was on they had a lovely singer with a band to entertain till the show restarted. We have read reviews where food wasn't great but ours was lovely, we had the aire salad , Mediterranean soup, fillet steak and dessert was a lemon mousse (quite tart but still nice) our 12 year old ate all apart from the salad and tried the lemon mousse but wasn't her thing. We decided to pay for the adult meal for her there is a children's menu available for 30euros. Our tickets and meal were 65 euros each but well worth it. They have lights on the table which you press for waiter to attend your table. Special mention to Tony our waiter who was amusing he must be fit as a butchers dog running up and down his aisle, nothing too much trouble for him. We had a disabled party member who used a wheelchair and after getting my mum to her seat they stored the wheelchair safely out of the way but within eyesight of us. (My mother can walk with crutches short distances) Disabled toilet available and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the show it had caberet, acrobatic part and a magician.

Benidorm Palace Aris Show - The show is great, although I think the performers were tired as their enthusiasm seemed faded. Still a great show. Did have a few issues trying to order food and drinks. The QR code didn't work and when we finally got it working we couldn't change the language to English so we couldn't work out how to pay! Waited 10 minutes plus for waiter to come to table to take order. Drinks came, one half a larger and lime had to be changed 3 times! First it was a pint, then lager and blackcurrant then finally larger and lime! Food ordered was cold when it arrived, took more than half an hour to get to our table so perhaps lack of staff was an issue. Food was eventually sorted but did put a dampener on our evening. Second half of the show thankfully made up for the poor service to start as the magician and acrobats were amazing!

Excellent entertainment! - A fantastic experience shared with the family. Our kids are aged 10 and 14 and were entertained throughout the shows. They loved it and so did we. It's like the best of Britain's Got Talent all wrapped up into a couple hours. There's singing, dancing, acrobatics and some excellent magic. The screens and backdrops are superb. Would highly recommend it. We booked the VIP experience though not sure how much special it is other than better seating (viewing). The food was good. Our only two gripes and why it's not 5 out of 5 for us was there is a 45-minute pause an hour into the show. They encourage people to get up and dance with the orchestra then it's back to the show again. We did not read about this. It would not have deterred us but you don't get a nonstop show. The other is it looks quite dated in some parts of the auditorium. The seats especially. Not quite what we expected for VIP. All in all, if you are in Benidorm and want something different and to make more memories then go for it!

More variety please! - We've been quite a few times over the years. It used to be that the meal options included wine and cava but now it doesn't. That's good news as there's a wide list of items to choose from rather than the cheap drinks that were provided "free". The food nowadays is better than before but slow to arrive - more waiters are needed. As for the show itself - the costumes are great but the choreography is only average and repetitive and the dancers are of mixed ability. Still too much dancing and not enough variety acts. The break in the middle was meant to be 30 minutes. It was 45. Given that the theme was Aire (air) I've no idea why they did a Barbie set (loads of hot air maybe?).
