One of my best experiences. - Absolutely loved this place. Cost me and hubby (2 x over 60's) £46. Went on Monday 16th and were not disappointed. Watched the birds of Prey demonstration, that was ace, hubby loved that, we then went on to watch the Elephants being fed, that encounter was unforgettable. The trainers bring the 2 elephants right out to just out of touching distance of you and you watch them have a apple treat. Never been so close to an Elephant in my life. Something I will not forget in a hurry. Loads to see, quite a few eating places and lots of toilets.

Birthday Suprise 🎂 🥳 - I planned a surprise trip here for someone who I came to benidorm with, and they were so grateful for the surprise I booked.
We got a taxi here due to not knowing the local buses, but it was very cheap for a taxi to the zoo and back.
My friend absolutely loved the zoo, she was so greatful the different parts we visited whilst at the zoo were great as it had different continents from the world which were great and to be able to get as close as possible to most animals was great also..
I have noticed they're building a new part, which is to do with pirates, and I believe when this is completely done, it will make the zoo look even better.

Afternoon trip to Zoo - We sent about 4 hours at the park on Sunday 28th July, from just after 12 noon. We got a taxi from Magic Rock Gardens and it cost 15 euros each way. Park was quiet and not too busy.

Heat - A 10 if not for the heat, more areas to cool down, but everything else is fine, and the animals well taken care of.

Visite zoo Benidorm - Poorly maintained zoo in enclosures that are small for some species.
Award of admission Expensive for those you see.

Plenty to see - Plenty to see, theming was great but the animals all looked neglected the tigers were skinny and not what you expect of a tiger and three lions were sharing an enclosure just about big enough for a small dog.

Ok but not great! - Was ok, plenty animals to see… not many shows on, if you want to see the sea life be prepared to pay more money on top of your expensive entrance fee. …
Part was closed due to improvements so wasn’t able to view the europa bit.
Wouldn’t visit again. Due to high price compared to what you get for it.

DISAPPOINTMENT AND SORROW!! 😫 - I've been around 8-9 years. I've seen it changed. But for worse!!!
Very sloppy: the benches of sitting people full of bird droppings, animals and places where animals are very left... the glass of crocodiles for example, dirty not, the after.
Come on, you didn't even see how dirty it was.
The surroundings, the greenery, everything very very left.
Animals making repetitive movements, in circles or back and forth...
The place where the elephants are simulated as temples, all unpainted and half broken. I don't know, he's really lost a lot!! A pity and a pity, especially for the animals. I really could have taken a picture. I've only taken pictures of the animals but now I regret not photographing all this...
Another theme without me forgetting is that they are working around the park so the views and surroundings are abysmal not to mention noise pollution when they are on site and how much it will bother the animals. To my understanding and what I think is that “someone” has thought: animals no longer leave economically what we would like, because we will put solution. Let’s add to the park, the aquatic part (Aqua Natura) the children’s part, I don’t know what else they are working on that will be released in summer 2025 that is something of pirates or something... and while the animals are there. Gradually removing them... and neglecting everything. HERE'S MY REVIEW.
Clean and take more care of the park but above all THE ANIMALS!!

Don’t go - Very disappointed, firstly I fell on the poor pathway edges with the deep ridges and broke my ankle. Then no one offered any assistance. Animals had NO enrichment, elephants had no grass filthy water (if they had the privilege of having any) couldn't see drinking water for most of the enclosures, all the animals seemed to be desperate for any small amount of shade they could find, lions had zero water available to them. Dirty viewing glass especially at alligators couldn't see. Slush puppy machines weren't working at 3:30pm in afternoon still not cold enough ???
Birds of prey show was all over the place, photographer shouted at me for taking photos of birds and kept giving bad looks then bird woman also shouted about photos. Even when I purchased their photos at the end WITH A BROKEN ANKLE still no apology or concern that I now can’t walk after seeing me 30 mins prior walking fine. Elephants had no enrichment and were rocking side to side which I believe means stressed ?

Those animals need help. - Enclosed spaces too small for animals.
I suffered for them the whole way. If I think about it I get chills
