Afternoon trip to Zoo - We sent about 4 hours at the park on Sunday 28th July, from just after 12 noon. We got a taxi from Magic Rock Gardens and it cost 15 euros each way. Park was quiet and not too busy.

Excellent vacation - Very cool, the animals are amazing. And the amount there is, the park is enormous. We also liked Aquanatura a lot. The pool with views of the elephants was amazing. I loved the cabins, very clean, great food. But the best was the treatment at reception, especially with Alfonso, very attentive and friendly, we will repeat.

Heat - A 10 if not for the heat, more areas to cool down, but everything else is fine, and the animals well taken care of.

Pleasant - Nice park to walk and enjoy the animals but in the park they should notify when there are closed areas and give some type of discount since you pay the full entrance and you cannot enjoy the entire park because the view of the construction zone is lost. to be able to access there and those animals cannot be seen either

Plenty to see - Plenty to see, theming was great but the animals all looked neglected the tigers were skinny and not what you expect of a tiger and three lions were sharing an enclosure just about big enough for a small dog.

Ok but not great! - Was ok, plenty animals to see… not many shows on, if you want to see the sea life be prepared to pay more money on top of your expensive entrance fee. … Part was closed due to improvements so wasn’t able to view the europa bit. Wouldn’t visit again. Due to high price compared to what you get for it.

Quite sad - The zoo was big, lots of animals to see however it left us feeling sad for the animals. Lions Jaguars Tigers Crocodile Elephants The rhinos All small enclosures, one rhino by its self which I am sure there was a reason but can't imagine living by yourself 24.7. The tigers were very skinny especially the white tiger. Lion and jaguar enclosure was the smallest I have ever seen. They are building a new pirate island in the zoo and I just can't help wonder why they wouldn't be making an animals life time enclosure bigger rather than more things for the tourists where there is already more than enough to do! I have read terra naturas review replies and they all say the same to everyone who mentions the small enclosures, how they care for the animals. Rather than writing the same response to people and doing nothing about it, make the animals life's better, therefore making your review better, therefore generating more income. My 6 year old son asked why they weren't able to run around and have fun.

Don’t go - Very disappointed, firstly I fell on the poor pathway edges with the deep ridges and broke my ankle. Then no one offered any assistance. Animals had NO enrichment, elephants had no grass filthy water (if they had the privilege of having any) couldn't see drinking water for most of the enclosures, all the animals seemed to be desperate for any small amount of shade they could find, lions had zero water available to them. Dirty viewing glass especially at alligators couldn't see. Slush puppy machines weren't working at 3:30pm in afternoon still not cold enough ??? Birds of prey show was all over the place, photographer shouted at me for taking photos of birds and kept giving bad looks then bird woman also shouted about photos. Even when I purchased their photos at the end WITH A BROKEN ANKLE still no apology or concern that I now can’t walk after seeing me 30 mins prior walking fine. Elephants had no enrichment and were rocking side to side which I believe means stressed ?

Those animals need help. - Enclosed spaces too small for animals. I suffered for them the whole way. If I think about it I get chills

Constructive Criticism - Enclosures are far to small there isn't much to do for the animals. For the price they charge they should invest into the enclosures. Not angry just constructive criticism. Other than that great to see animals that you cant see everyday. There was a show also that was entertaining for kids. Please employ more people and have more people explaining things about the animals and helping visitors understand how they are being treated and their personalities etc maybe offer an international scheme for that job role
