Excellent guide & Experience - The tour was very good! My family really enjoyed the tour. The guide, Alan was very polite and attentive to our schedule. Recommend going and ask for Alan he knows the island very well! Will come back!

Excellent Guides and Activities - My family attended the Jeep Tour on 12/25/2019. It was a very fun trip with self-Jeep driving in Cozumel, snorkeling and swimming in an amazing beach resort, and also with a nice "mexico" style lunch. The guides are very nice and friendly. I recommand this trip to anyone who visits Cozumel.

Late but included - We emailed Viator of our physical issues and the operator was unaware. They were kind and helpful. The guide does not drive, you do. The rods were smooth but choose another beach besides aquamarine as it’s full of entrepreneurs. Beautiful beaches past this point.

No at all as described - Hello, this is Nikita and my booking reference is 1076208265 The tour operator was nice but this excursion was horrible. There was no water park. The swimming pool they had was dirty and cloudy. The place didn't look anything like the photos. It was very disappointing. The meal was cold and poor quality and didn't even include a beverage. We had to pay $5 for a can soda. The kids having to pay $89 was ridiculous. This was not good at all. Also NO WHERE in the discription did it say we had to drive ourselves and on top of that it was a stick shift.
