Great massages - Very good massages. We've got different kind of Ayurveda massages. We arrived at 09:30h and left around 14:45h. The doctor was friendly and gave tips. At the end you could buy medicines for your treatment.

Authentic panchakarma treatment ! - I did a 14 days pachankarma treatment and I really enjoyed an authentic and personalised Ayurveda experience. Different traditional techniques such as head, face, body massages, Shirodara, Udvartanam, Pinda sweda, Nasya, Herbal inhalation, Steam bath and Netra basti have been used to cleanse, restore, and balance my body and mind, leading to optimal health and inner peace. I started with a doctor consultation to determine my dosha and I received advises about the best diet to improve health. Ah the therapists were really very professionnal and nice ! I felt very well after those 14 days and my knees pain almost disapeared. Thanks a lot !

The best thing that could happen to me and my back - Already last year I was extremely happy to have been here. This year I have given myself a 3 day cure. I had a lot of pain in my back. After an extensive history, the treatment began. The back was extensively massaged. It was asked again if the intensity was so fine . At the end, what was shown in the pictures was made. Seid lang was not as painless as it was after. Thank you to the excellent team. Too bad I can't take her home

More relaxed than in a long time - I can highly recommend the Bentota Ayurveda Center. I had a One Day Package as well as another full body massage 2 days later. Lakmal and his team work very professionally and the treatment is extremely beneficial. I felt more relaxed than I've felt in a long time. And also price/performance is top. I would go back to this center immediately during a next stay in Bentota.

A wonderful, authentic Ayurvedic experience - Took my mum here as her Christmas present, treated her & myself to the day spa package. It lasts around 5 hours with 1 hour for Ayurvedic consultations & an overview of Ayurvedic life science. The treatments we were advised were head, shoulder & neck massage, full body massage, shirodhara & herbal facial steam. I cannot believe how fast the treatments went, (time flies when you’re having fun!), it was a good 4 hours of therapies & they were all so relaxing. The two ladies who did our treatments were professional, kind, very competent at their jobs & made us feel comfortable & relaxed. They were also very strong & helped release tension from both our bodies. After the therapies there is an option to purchase herbal medicine to support any issues you’re currently facing. Communication prior to our booking was smooth & clear. I would highly recommend this if you’re near to Bentota Sri Lanka!

Deep relaxation for body and mind - I had a one day treatment package and can definitely recommend it! I not only had a deep relaxation for a few hours filled with different type of massages, inhalation and shirodhara, but also learned basics about Ayurveda. As a result of doctor’s consultation I was informed about my dominating dosha’s type as well as well received instructions about food types that are best for me and the ones I should avoid. I’ve never before came into such a deep state of relaxation and can still feel its positive impact on my body and mind a few days later. The personal is very professional and friendly and the ones who performed treatments were exceptional. I will definitely come back if I visit Sri Lanka again and can highly recommend this unique experience!

1 week panchakarma treatment - Had one week panchakarma treatment and accupuncture for neck and shoulder pain. I had about 1,5 hours massage daily, starting with head and neck, then face, arms, legs, stomach and finally back, shoulders, neck. They also did thermomassage with herbal bundle. Also included pichu treatment with herbal oil, steam herbal bath, shirodhara, nasaya, vasti. After one week treatment I feel much better, my neck is much more flexible and pain is gone. I have much more energy, my stress is gone, Im relaxed, my mind is clear, Proffesional treatment, definitely recommended.
