2hr massage - We’ve had 2hrs massage for the whole body. It has started with the head which felt great, then we were moved to the table. The masters used a lot of oil which refreshed our skin. After all, they kindly gave us a ride back to the hotel. Thanks a lot for your services.

Favourite experience in Sri Lanka - This was the best massage I have experienced in Sri Lanka. Ojita was incredible and could tell any aches or pain by touching your body. I actually feel younger after the massage. I would come back to Sri Lanka just to come to this spa.

a great Ayurvedic center that you must visit if you are in Sri Lanka - After 5 days of stay in Sri Lanka, my ankles became swollen and my legs started to hurt a lot. When we arrived in Bentota, a friend advised me to visit the Ayurvedic centrum. Dr. Lakmal diagnosed me with a blockage of the lymphatic system in my body. After 3 procedures, he solved my health problems and I feel great. Lakmal is a great diagnostician and healer with humility in his heart. Thank you very much and if you go to Sri Lanka, definitely visit Ayurvedic Center in Bentota.

Tuktuk - the only way to go ! - Only the best full body massage I’ve ever had! Ujitha was my masseur and she was expert in firm treatment. I felt wonderful afterwards and my back benefited greatly. Our Tuktuk driver Kumara, (+97 (77) 0339029 - introduced us to the Center. He took us to Malli’s restaurant and waited whilst we ate. We used him nearly every day as he was trustworthy and knowledgeable. He awaits your call

Rejuvenating massage in Bentota - Rejuvenating massage - head, face, feet and full body. I also had the Shirodhara - calming and peaceful. Unfortunately the doctor wasn't available that day. Although the therapists have their set techniques, it would have been a good idea to have been asked if we had any injuries to be careful of, or particular areas that needed more attention. The therapists have a high level of English so you can have a good conversation about any concerns. Highly recommend!
