Have students experience mindfulness using sound. All you have to do is relax on your yoga mat. I will guide you slowly.
Once finished, I will also guide you through meditation.
Then, after relaxing, I will introduce you to the wonderful hot springs and town nearby, and have you relax more in the hot spring!
Sound healing journey lasts around 60 minutes.
You will recover body and mind, making you feel good after the sound bath.
