Good to learn how to use chopsticks^^ - The experience was great because of the locally grown bamboo kit:-) For me, it was the very first time eating sliding noodles.
The bamboo items from the Nagai Bamboo Factory - where the bamboo kit for flowing noodles is made are stunning. You should check them out!

The best summer activity!!! - It was a great experience during this hot summer! My first bamboo slide noodle experience ever! I heard that the equipment is made from locally grown bamboo and produced by the last bamboo factory in this city. It's good to know that they are concerned about the environment by reducing plastic waste. Also, the bamboo-made slide feels nostalgic, making me feel like I share the same childhood summer memory as many Japanese people. Thank you to the kind host and staff!
