Delightful dinner - What a delightful evening! We booked at 15:00 for a 17:00 class and it was so wonderful. The conversation helped answer a few questions about Albanian and the light repartee made it warm and inviting...not to mention the food. I would highly recommend this experience ☺️

Cook - learn - connect - enjoy - We had an amazing cooking experience with two very patient cooks… and learned some very tasteful local recipes… and even though we did not had a language in common… we managed to really connect and have a lot of fun!
And yes … the food was delicious!

A wonderful experience. - The class was a hands on experience with traditional Albania food: homemade bread, stuffed aubergine and more. Alma was a fantastic teacher, answering every question we had. I recommend this to anyone wanting to find out more about the delicious food of this country.

Superb cooking experience - Cooking class in Berat, great experience and very warm welcome by Alma and her team.
We started by making bread from scratch, although the ingredients were already ready for us to use.
After the bread we started on grilled eggplants - yummy! And some filled meat and a nice dessert.
During the cooking class we got Albanian’s wines to taste, all drom the area around Berat.
Good to know that all ingredients come from local producers, Alma told us she was involved in slow cooking ensuring local farmers got paid a fair price as well. Great to know we can contribute to this as well.
We had an entertaining rvening in Castle Park with a nice dinner to end the night!
Recommended to do, our 16-year opd son thought it was a nice experience for him as well..

Amazing cooking workshop / class learning insights in Albanian Kitchen. - Amazing experience and our host Alma showed us all insights into Albanian kitchen. Also the Albanian friendliness was shown during this cooking class makkng this a great experience and on top the food was tasting great.
