Within its walls lies an extensive citadel complex featuring stone streets, houses, and Byzantine churches interspersed with ruins from various eras. Notable sites within Berat Castle include the 13th-century St. Mary of Blachernae Church, the Onufri National Iconographic Museum, the ruins of the Red Mosque, the 14th-century Holy Trinity Church, and the remains of an ancient acropolis, including an underground water cistern. In the old city center, explore the Mangalemi and Gorica neighborhoods, and the Medieval Center, which today comprises the King Mosque, the Halveti Tekke, and several monumental tombs. - Berat - After exploring the castle, we will find ourselves in Berat’s old city center. Here, you will receive insights into neighborhoods like Mangalemi and Gorica. We will visit the New Bridge, offering the best photo opportunities with the Mangalemi neighborhood as a backdrop. You will have some free time to stroll around and enjoy lunch at some excellent local restaurants before departing for Tirana. - Durres - Following Berat, we will head to Durres, home to the largest amphitheater in the Balkan Peninsula. Stroll along the Vollga promenade, visit the Venetian Tower of Durres, and explore other city attractions.

After Berat, we will visit Durres City, one of the largest amphitheaters in the Balkans, and have a walk through the pedestrian street looking towards the Adriatic Sea.

Albania, surprisingly beautiful and full of history! - Made a wonderful trip with Kristina.
She is entertaining, a pleasant guide and a good driver. You can decide when you want to take a break and how long you want to stay in a certain place.
It was very worthwhile.

Family-friendly day out - Our host Saimir was wonderful! Full of knowledge and made the tour so interesting. He was happy to adapt the pace of ghe tour to how we wanted the day to be. The scenary and the sights were very much worth getting out of Tirana for. I would recommend this tour!
