A fabulous day! - I highly recommend this trip! I took 4 of my children on this Bergen Day Trip and we had a wonderful time. The sights Bas (our tour guide) took us to were all spectacular and Bas made the whole day a lot of fun. Our stops were well planned out and Bas was very informative. If you want to see the best parts of the Bergen countryside and have a great time, try this tour!

Holiday among the Norwegian fjords - Norway is a beautiful country... for its lush nature, the kindness of its inhabitants and the cleanliness that we found in every structure that hosted us

Highlights were the snacks and stories the tour guide told us. - The view at Steinsdalfossen was epic. I wish we were able to visit more epic waterfalls but the rest were decent waterfalls. We did not see too much due to bad weather but I was also left underwhelmed when we went to various waterfalls (despite the waterfalls being quite powerful due to the rain). Overall, our tour guide tried his best to cheer us up with wonderful stories about Norway and its culture but it definitely was not worth the value charged. A plus was also the snack pack that came with.

Wish we had stayed in Bergen - The locations were lovely, but overall we wish we had spent our day exploring Bergen. We spent a ton of time on the bus and had VERY little time at each spot. The staff were all very kind and Bas’s commentary during the trip was enjoyable. That said I don’t feel the trip represented what was described. We never got to see the prehistoric carvings. Bas failed to point them out . And at the last spot, we were not told this was our opportunity to “ get in the Hardangerfjord and feel the Fjord Water”. Nor was there enough time. 10 minutes was not enough time to “take a quick dive.” My group brought our swimsuits and towels and left disappointed. Additionally directions to the meet up point were very vague and much further from the port than described.

Underwhelmed - disappointing - Fossen Bratte waterfall was the only worthwhile stop - sadly it was too short. The tour is basically a VERY long bus ride with beautiful views of the fjords. Tour leader is nice enough but the tour is way over priced for what you get.
