Incredible! - The city tour was fine, and would normally rate four stars. It went to all the major attractions, audio was interesting, and buses were reliable. My son and I hopped on and hopped off at several locations and we were always able to catch the next bus. We enjoyed “Magic Ice Bergen”, and even got a discount there because of the bus company! Thanks! The fifth star is because of their extraordinary service. I had left a backpack on one of their buses, and I realized it half an hour before my cruise ship was leaving. I talked to one of the drivers, and he called around and located the bag for me. The bus that it was on had already retired for the day, and was sitting at their depot across town. Somebody from their company actually drove it to the cruise ship, and we were able to get it back in the nick of time! And they even refused the money that I offered them as thanks! That kind of service is rare, and I will be forever grateful to them. Way to go! 😊👍❤️

Bergen top of the world - A very captivating experience in Bergen despite the rain. HOHO a bit confusing with the other bus tour provider. There should be more trips available at every stop. 1/2 - 1 hour wait is too long for tourist to wait.

Bergen overview - The route gave a good overall view of Bergen. The audio was not very good and only gave limited information about landmarks and Bergen.

Almost late - When we looked at the schedule we had plenty of time to meet our guide for another tour Viator tour that day. We decided to stay on the bus after hopping off. The bus completed its loop. Boarded the 1211 bus which the driver started the bus and was ready to leave when the driver and the earlier driver who was on rest decided to have a social conversation which led to us to arrive 5 minutes late for the meeting time for our afternoon tour. Should we have left on time we would have been there 7 minutes early.

Hop-On bus in Bergen - Not impressed. Hop-On in Bergen was short and expensive. There was nothing special to see while the city has a lot to offer

Did not take trip, stops were too hard to find. - No memorable experience. Info was unavailable for stops. By the time I found a stop, bus went offline. I’ve taken many hop on hop off trips, never had this trouble before.

Disappointed - Our ship arrived into Bergen late and we tried to catch the bus at 3.45pm but he said we couldn’t hop on because it was his last trip. Finished at 4pm, so we thought we would go on Sunday but it doesn’t operate and had to buy another operators ticket. Have applied for a refund!!!

Rip off - Don't do it. Commentary doesn't link with locations Absolute rip off. You can walk around the main attractions rather than taking this bus.

Overpriced and unreliable. - Terribly overpriced and complete lack of return buses meant we walked back to the port. Bergen is not that big - even with a small child, I would advise walking rather than paying for this rip off.
