Steinsdalsfossen Waterfall - As we near the Steinsdalsfossen waterfall close to Norheimsund, the sound of rushing water becomes audible. The towering falls, formed centuries ago when the river altered its course, stand at an impressive 50 meters, making it one of Norway’s most remarkable waterfalls. A winding path allows you to walk behind the waterfall, offering a safe vantage point to admire the cascading water. This unique and scenic location is a must-visit for any traveler. For added convenience, there are public restrooms and a tourist information center on-site. When you need a break, the cozy cafe provides a warm cup of coffee and a variety of souvenirs. Additionally, the old stone arch bridge is a charming sight that enhances the area’s character.

When completed, it was the longest bridge in Norway and the tenth longest in the world.
After crossing the Hardanger Bridge, we enter another short tunnel, which also has a traffic circle inside it. We turn right again, and after a few minutes, the Hardangerfjord is on our left.
