Fun Segway tour! - Morgan was helpful and informative! We had just arrived in Berlin after long, overnight flights and my husband's back was hurting to the point that he was not going to participate. Morgan very patiently provided us with several options to ensure my husband could enjoy the tour. He was very knowledgeable of the sites, ensured our safety, and took great photos for us. Berlin Segway tour - We never used before but Morgan gave us time to practice before we set off, all family got the hang of Segway after 10mins practice. We saw all major sights and stopped for pictures. Would definitely recommend,thanks Morgan

You absolutely must have made !!!!! - The guide was super cool and super nice. Since we were riding Segway for the first time, he made a professional introduction. He made the tour extremely interesting. He could tell everything about it and answer our questions. All in all, the tour was a very successful birthday present to my husband. We both had a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

Ducking and weaving in Berlin! - The weather was great, mastering the Segways was easy, and our guide Morgan did a great job shepherding us through the Berlin traffic. Best of all we did the this tour the day before the thunderstorms!!

Below average - - We paid for the 'English' version of the tour, and ended up in a mixed group which meant the guide had to speak German first, and then repeat in English in front of every landmark. This also made the guide speak too fast since he had to do it twice. - The itinerary was affected by some public works several times, which forced us to turn back and go ride around. The guide should have known this and adapted the route beforehand. - The guide himself did a good job within the circumstances, although he was obviously stressed about the whole situation. Nothing to do with the tour, but I recommend taking bikes or scooters instead of segways, for safety purposes, since segways were quite sensitive. Especially for older or overweight people who don't have the best balance.
