You are welcome to collect your bike anytime from 9:30 am onwards and keep it for a full 24 hours from that point. If you need to return your bike after our office has closed, we will show you where to lock your bike and leave the keys, ensuring a smooth and convenient return!

Thank you Thor! - I was originally going to just rent a bike and try and tour the city myself, I'm glad I didn't! I don't believe I would have gotten the full rich history of Berlin without a knowledgeable guide and Thor was that guide! He was very knowledgeable, well spoken with an outgoing, fun, energetic personality. He brought Berlin's landmarks to life and I was able to get a fuller understanding of the city and its' people.

Enjoy cycling through Berlin - There was good explanation about the bicycles. We could return them at any time we wanted. The bikes were fine and there was an extra cable lock.

Brilliant way to explore - Friendly place to hire bikes with English speaking assistants and great bikes - after trying and failing to hire in other places we used Fat bikes near TV tower twice - brilliant safe way to explore on flat roads with bike lanes

Terrible bike condition - After I lost chain in bike and back to rental point (2-3 km walk) asking to replace the bike to better one allowing me to catch rest of my group, they offered me the same kind of the bike, that I fully understood, but due to the issue was caused by terrible condition of the bike, I exped being compensated to allow me contine trip with my group. Zero understanding, where issue was caused by bike condition. Finally I resigned and my time were gone.
