A must! - This tour was the highlight of our trip to Berlin. Our guide Richard was an encyclopedia of knowledge and we felt fortunate to have him. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer and he was very patient and kind with those that couldn't keep pace. The camp was interesting albeit sad and I learnt some surprising facts and Potsdam was a wonderful surprise.

Amazing experience - I’m not sure how to spell his name but it was something like Richard, but he was an amazing guide. He had my whole family engaged and his knowledge of everything from the Concentration Camp to the city of Potsdam was off of the charts. Even though the subject matter was not the greatest, we are extremely glad to have been able to learn from him. Even spent another 15-20 mins after the tour asking questions and conversing with him.

Good tour with a great guide - The tour was good and it brings you to both Sachsenhausen and Potsdam - which presents two very different sides of German history. Only complaint was that time was limited for both Sachsenhausen and Potsdam. It would have been nice to have some more time at both sides. The guide, Alejandro, was great. He was clearly knowledgeable and very passionate about the subject matter.

Good Tour of Sachenhausen Camp and Potsdam. - Overall it was a good tour! The bus was clean and comfortable. Our guide spoke perfect English ( which was really appreciated), he was from the UK originally. Tour guide was engaging and knowledgeable. My only complaint, if you will, with the tour is we left Berlin at 9:30 am and toured both the concentration camp and Potsdam before we were given a break to eat at 2:45pm. We were all VERY hungry by this point. We also didn’t feel there was enough time to explore the town around Potsdam. There really wasn’t a city tour of Berlin. The tour guides just talked as we made the drive back into town to the drop off point.

A little more time... - A really great tour with a lovely tour guide. Very informative. Be warned though, there is a lot of standing and walking and would advise taking snacks. The only thing I found disappointing was that we weren't given any free time in Sachsenhausen. There was so much more I would have liked to have seen and would have liked time to read the amazing exhibits there. Potsdam is so beautiful though and was nice to have a bit of free time there.

INHUMAN TREATMENT - We were left abandoned in the concentration camp because we were late (10 minutes) after attending an elderly woman who needed urgent medical assistance. We called the company and they shielded that the first thing was punctuality. We couldn't believe it.
