Beautiful city - Doing this tour was amazing and informative. The beautiful sites and historic buildings were so beautiful! Recommend this tour if your in Berlin

Good way to see the city. - Good way to see different parts of the city. In November there are less buses so be prepared for quite a wait. No bus stops so look out for a man wearing a red flag - at some and not all stops we found. The App isn’t great and although you can see the rough location of buses on it, it could do with extra information about where the bus stops and waits for 20 mins - eg the East Side Gallery ( good place to stop!) Not all audio guide sockets work so you have to move around a bit on the bus and be quick when you want to get off. Commentary is a bit ‘hmmm’ with dated jokes that don’t hit the spot in 2024. That said it was still a great way to hear a bit of history and reach places that were a distance from our hotel.

OK - Convenient method to visit the city (if you have a few days available). However, the bus arrives every 25-30 minutes. Very full, so you do not always have the opportunity to listen to the explanations with headphones (delivered on site). Price ok

Not Good - The views were fine, but the buses were not good. One of the buses didn't announce stops and didn't stop unless the driver was told to. Then we had to wait in the cold for 45 minutes for the next bus to arrive, because it randomly went off-route, according to the tracker. The audio guide was good, though.

Not a good idea for a short trip - Only useful if Berlin trip takes several days. The bus only passes every 30 min per stop and we had to stand in the completely crowded bus for half an hour until we had a seat and could finally use the headphones, of which only one plug worked. Thus, insufficient attention is paid to the actual capacity of the bus. On the tour there are also several longer (15min and 20min) breaks.

Really awful company - Today my husband and I took a city sightseeing tour in Berlin. Advertised as bus every 20 to 25 minutes. We were stranded at the Berlin Zoo in the cold for 1 1/2 hours. No bus. Had to take 20€ taxi back to hotel. Not amused.

May want to do your own thing.... - Do not waste your money. Multiple issues with this line and service. We have used this same line in a multitude of cities in the world. This was not a good experience. Positives: Drivers are nice, courteous and safe. Negatives: Company is not accurate as timing. States 30 - 35 minutes on Red line between buses, we found more like about 50 minutes. Green line, states 50 minutes...we found more like 75 minutes....this was during the weekday, not weekend. Earphones barely worked, narrative was cheesy, not really useful as to the historical significance of this area. Suggestion....get yourself a map of the city; buy an all day train/tram/bus ticket and follow your own schedule; you will get more ground covered in less time. Driver even skipped/combined the Gropiusblau and the Checkpoint Charlie stops....who knows if anyone told the passengers at Checkpoint Charlie that the bus was not going to be coming to them. We saw the other bus lines with greater frequency than this line.

Bad experience - Very bad experience at 17:30 hours stopped the Bus at point 11 of 18 and made us get off. The frequency really is every 40 minutes. Finally of 18 points + 12 of the green line is reached to see maximum 6 points by the frequencies. No USB, no WIFI.

Underground - The most important one does not work - The most important thing about a Hop On - Hop Off tour is a good audio guide. There's no such thing here! The audio is incomprehensible! The sound quality is underground, only one headphone side ever works, we have tried several places, if you turn up the sound, although your ears hurt, you no longer understand... If you understand something, the information content is close to zero... Between the sparse commentaries, there is either silence or there is sometimes music, sometimes like that, sometimes like that... If you just want to drive through the stand, you can also do this with the public buses, which is much cheaper.
