Excellent choice - Excellent way to discover all the touristic places in Berlin. It will give you a great idea, and you can hop up and off as you wish. Worth doing it in your fist day here

Good first day activity. - The bus tour is an excellent way of seeing all the major sights of Berlin in 2 hours on the first day. We decided to target specific sights on the second day. Don’t pay online through Trip Advisor. Paying the guy prior to the tour would have been cheaper by €10 for a group of 3 adults and 2 children.

Great Day - Two routes were very extensive and we saw everything we wanted to see as a snapshot of Berlin. This was a great help for the rest of our visit.

Great way to see the city landmarks - Great way to get your bearings and see the city. The only criticism is that it’s not very clear where the stops are. In other cutie we’ve visited the stops are clearly marked but due to Berlin’s licensing(?) the stops are not marked so we were at a loss and there didn’t appear to be many busses on the go. That said, it didn’t put us off and it’s a great way to cover a lot of ground and “hop on and off”

Scant visit of information - Disappointing visit. The narrator in the headphones provided several secondary information for a visit to Berlin city rich in history and important episodes. Apart from the long time without speaking, he provided data on the young ladies who crowd the sidewalks in the evening or on the tallest skyscrapers, and not enough on the relevant historical facts. Positive note the heated medium in the face of the cold these days.

Not worth for money - Really bad headsets (poor material) Translation is awkward Bad ventilation inside the bus Doesn’t really worth the price. Could have been much more better

A hop on bus that doesn't turn up - Paid £62 x2 for a bus tour and we had to get a taxi from check point Charlie as the bus didn't turn up. It showed on the app as coming to pick us up, we stood with children freezing waiting an hour and a half,and no buses came , the yellow bus and Berlin bus came and went, but our bus disappeared. Then in the morning we went to get the bus to see Berlin, the bus again didn't turn up as it was getting washed,we had to walk down to the town hall to get a clean 🫧 bus , a shambles family day out ruined. We have always used the official bus in all our travels , but this will be our last time on these shambolic busses. Excuse after excuses.

One of the worst experiences in my life - The experience was nothing short but awful. My friend, who was visiting me for Christmas, and I booked two bus ticket for one day for around 35€ each. We struggled to find a timetable on their official website, but finally we found it in the official mobile app, and came to Ostbahnhof station 10 minutes in advance. Next 30 minutes we were just standing at the stop on the freezing cold and wind, waiting when the bus finally arrives, watching similar buses of every single other provider passing by us. We almost made a refund statement to take another provider, when it finally came. The tour was made in a form of amateur podcast with 2 hosts desperately trying to outjoke each other for views. This is not the style we like, and I wish we knew it in advance. Plus, my friend only had sound in one ear of his earphones. And the problem didn't go away even when we changed them, and even (!) when we moved to another set of seats in the bus. We left the green line at Alexanderplatz to transfer for the red line. After waiting for about 15', the red bus came, and it was PACKED. Like not enough space to stand packed. The bus driver visibly didn't care about checking the tickets for everyone who comes in through all 3 bus doors. The tickets cost us €35 each, remind you. We managed to find a standing spot where we could plug in our headphones to listen to the tour, next to the woman with a child in a stroller. The woman obviously didn't pay for the entry, and the child was crying the whole way, so we couldn't focus on the tour. 2 stops later we left the bus unable to continue in such conditions, and asked for the refund. 2 weeks later our request was denied.

NEVER DO THIS. RUDE WORKERS AND LONG WAIT TIMES. Never do this… ruined my first EVER Europe trip. - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. As this is my first time traveling to Europe I waited 30-40 minutes for each bus, and RUDE workers
