Good organised tour - One of the best hop on off bus experiences that we had in an European city. We have seen all of the highlights of Berlin, the west and the east.

Trying to be “funny” in Italian… - Please, change the translation and the text in Italian…it is awful 😞 where did you get these 2 guys?! otherwise the tour is nice 👍🏻

Not good enough - You get on the bus, it goes 3 stops and the driver takes a 20 minute break. The commentary has too much mention of local issues like the cost of rent while it misses some sightseeing. Too many breaks in commentary when nothing is said. Not enough buses during busy times .

Day ticket S-U train better. - Duration 2h for round trip. +1h East. Tour. In between always break 20min At the Red Town Hall, West Site, KaDeWe. Waiting wasn't our thing. On Osrtour for next bus then wait 59 min . The day was over quickly

Disappointing. - I expected it to be much more informative. I went with my child of 8 years to have both interesting and on the move excursion. The most of the time headphones were not speaking and we were driving by with some melody. It is the bus to get by in the city, not the excursion bus. Disappointing.

Bad signposted stops, too many people. - It is the tour in general that I found bad. The busload. It happens every 50 minutes so when you get on you can even touch standing. There is no street signage to know where the bus should be taken. There is a stop where it stops 20 minutes, so it is time to wait there on the bus, in the sun. Other tours in other cities automatically tell you what number of stops you are in, so it is easier to guide you. To get down is a problem because there is no doorbell, so you have to be on the lookout, trying to follow the map. The driver is friendly and so are the salesmen. It's the tour that's badly organized.

Don't pay for this.... use Big Bus or other providers - The experience was poor, the info provided during the routes doesn't really show the story of the amazing city. Also the route green takes forever to arrive to the connection with the red one... furthermore I felt discriminated by the person reviewing the tickets in Alexander platz (#8/1) nearly 10 people in line were able to take the bus without him asking for the tickets and as soon as he saw me and my sister he asked for our tickets (we got the 48hr experience and a cruise) I couldn't believe he asked as he didn't ask the others.... was it because we were female? Or because we look Latinas (as we are). Overall I do not recommend the experience, save your money or just use a different provider... other busses arrived a few more times to the Alexander platz than this one!

Schlechteste Tour ever - Totally crowded buses, constant waiting times, not recommended. Employees provide false information about departure times. So a city tour is not fun! All other providers have much more buses and are much emptier

Worst experience - Worst hop-on hop-off experience of all similar bus tours I’ve been on. Twice the bus didn’t stop where it should have, leaving us to wait another 25/30 minutes for the next bus. The “friendly” assistants at the stops were far from friendly, making it seem it was our fault that the bus left without stopping. Additionally, they couldn’t answer any questions about where the best place to wait is - they couldn’t even point it out on a map. Of course, it is to be expected that Berliners don’t speak English fluently, but in a job that deals with tourists all day, it is surprising that so many assistants could not explain anything comprehensively in English. Lastly, so many stops were moved due to construction (which is totally normal in a big city) but neither the app nor the assistants could explain where the stops had moved to. For this amount of money, the service was horrendous. Never doing such a tour again.

DO NOT use this compa - DO NOT take this bus! There are 3 other companies and I can't imagine they are this bad. I know the others are less crowded--and slightly more expensive. But avoid this one. Here is why: 1. The buses are old. The driver said this one was 34 years old. It was very warm today, but the heat was pumping out...when I asked the driver to turn it off, he laughed and said he couldn't because it was just the machinery, not the heater. 2. Few of the headphone outlets work. 3. Not thatit matters since there is little narrative and just a few random facts...and no sense of which building to which they are referring. 4. There are few busses on the route...twice as many on the other 3 lines. 5. As a result all the busses are PACKED...while the other companies go by almost empty. 6. It is not really cheaper anyway. The "Classic Tour" does not take in much of old East Berlin, so you have to get that add on. 7. Every few stops the bus takes a 15 minute break, so you just sit waiting for the driver to finish his smoke. Overall it may be slightly cheaper in cost, but way more expensive interest of time!
