Fantastic way to spend a Sunday morning on Berlin streets. - Exceeded my expectations. Fantastic guide, clearly explained in English all instructions, we were never in the dark. Driving around, we had many tourists photograph us. Had a great time.

Great tour! - Great tour! Explain in advance, then we started. Were lucky to be only two+guide. Could also drive 2x faster (60km/h🙂). Guide Oskar drove very prudently (more than I usually drive😉). Can only recommend!

A great time in Berlin - This was a very fun trip, and people waved and cheered us on the whole time. Our guide Emmanuel made sure everyone was safe and accounted for. Must do it again sometime!

Bad Weather - Unfortunately a five day stay in Berlin with glorious weather except for the day we had booked the tour. My wife and I arrived at the tour location which is easy to find with Google maps with a serious downpour occurring. The tour was cancelled due to safety reasons which we fully appreciated so we were offered a change of date or refund. Sadly we had no other free time so received the refund within 2 days back on our credit card no problem. Cars looked amazing and if we are ever back in Berlin it will be our first stop.

Fun, but few minor thing... - Did this tour back in May, want to write an honest review about this. I think my husband really like this tour more than me, it was ok for me. The car was low to the ground and before you can drive it, you have to passed the test. The break was very soft, therefore you have to push hard on brake in order to stop. They will ask you if you want to purchase the insurance before driving. Always purchase it. I made a mistake not purchasing the insurance and ended up have to pay $500 to fix the damage because I brake too short and hit the car in front of me. The drive itself was fun. My husband really enjoy the drive, me on the other hand was really nervous at first, but after I got used to it, it was more fun for me. Our group did had a break down on one of the vehicle and it took them about an hour to bring a new vehicle for that person, so we have to wait on the side while all these were happening....not fun. I gave it a 4 stars because I really think guys will enjoy it more than women, but I did see a group of ladies go after us, so you never know.

Expensive, Unsafe and Hidden Costs - I rarely write a review but have reached a point of frustration with this operator. 45 days after our tour, the tour company has not refunded the insurance deposit of 200 Euro. I waited the 10 days for the refund to process. I emailed the tour operator and they did not respond until Capital One got involved. Then the operator challenged Capital One saying a refund was issued on August 8th and falsely stated I did not try to resolve this with them directly. Which I proved to Capital One per a direct email to the operator. I can only assume other people may not challenge it, or forget, and the tour company keeps the deposit. As for the tour experience (and I felt this way BEFORE the financial issue above) it was the most expensive and least enjoyable tour we did in Berlin. Here is why. It's a bit nerve racking to be driving a go-cart along with normal Berlin traffic. We did the tour at 5:30 to avoid the heat of the day and it was still uncomfortable. The carts are small and one of my daughters almost backed out from doing it due to safety concerns. Honestly, I would suggest renting a bike for $15 and seeing the city that way. (we rented bikes and it was the best) Using the hotrods your more concerned with navigating traffic, and being a spectacle for everyone you're driving by, than actually enjoying the experience.
