Exhaustive - Interesting and precise, very entertaining and complete. I loved it! Super recommended for seeing parts of the city that you wouldn't be able to see in a few days of stay.

You can do it... - The tour itself was OK. There were frequent stops to take photos. However, you couldn't get close enough to most of the sights because there were just too many people there. The tour was also a bit disorganized. I was at the agreed meeting point at 7 p.m. on time and then had to ask around at several points which bus was the right one. After about half an hour's delay, the tour finally started. My conclusion: you see a lot more on foot and without having to look at the clock.

50min waiting for tourB - Unbeatable service for selling tickets, but very few buses, not to mention the 20-minute breaks required. For circuit B, a bus every 50 minutes.

Limited experience - I had a good expérience with that company 10 years ago. It is not the case anymore. Nombre de bus limités, certains branchements pour casques ne fonctionnent pas, commentaires limités, beaucoup de pauses obligatoires de 15 à 20 min le long du circuit.

My experience - The sound from the headphones doesn't work everywhere and the guidance is inaccurate and you don't get much information. Nevertheless, it is generally very beautiful and you can get to many places

I'm not thrilled. - I thought there was far too little to tell. Berlin is so big and there is so much more to tell. Plus the roof was closed and you could hardly see anything. The bus turned around too much in my opinion.

To flee. - To flee. No one speaks English (a shame for a tourist bus), the drivers are disrespectful and do not respect schedules. Very long wait for a bus, from 20 to 30 minute breaks to completely random and modified stops imposed by the driver. No, really rubbish.

Overall very disappointing and not recommended. - Hop on - hop off tours are generally a good way to explore a city. However, everything has to run smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. We had booked a 48-hour tour. On the first day, we got off at the stop at the Victory Column with high expectations, only to get back on the next bus at the same point after visiting it. But the bus didn't stop at that point. If we hadn't been given a lift by another company, i.e. the competition!!, we wouldn't have been able to leave. The next day, the same thing happened: the bus didn't stop at the stop, even though we were standing there. We had to run after the bus to the next stop. Many of the audio connections on the bus itself were broken, so you simply couldn't hear anything from the city tour. Although the buses were supposed to run until 5.30 p.m., they stopped by 5 p.m. at the latest! There were also two long breaks, each lasting 20 minutes, on the route. That doesn't fit with the hop on-hop off concept!

Only bad - Unfortunately it rained that evening, so the first thing that happened was that all the windows of the bus fogged up. But hey... you can get a lot out of it if you plan well for the guests and have a suitable travel guide. Oh yes... neither was available. The bus driver had to improvise on site and hope for luck to find a parking space. Instead of parking in two lanes like his colleague to give the guests a short route to the light objects, our driver liked to park a little further away so that there was really no chance of using the full time to see the light show for longer. Then the travel guide... The tour was supposed to be German English. German was still possible with some confusion, such as the fact that Charlottenburg Palace was suddenly called Bellevue and the terrorist attacks in the USA were not on 9/11 but on 1/11. The congress hall was only referred to colloquially and suddenly there was an old West Berlin city. It's a shame that we didn't manage to drive through the new one. The whole thing was then translated. The organizers should have left it alone. The English was terrible and terms were wildly transposed from German to English. So spider became spy. At the end we were thrown out of the bus 1.5 km from the starting point even though we were told that we would arrive where we left off. Given the weather conditions and with a child at our side, that's a disgrace. For the price of 75 euros for 3 people, I would have expected more. In my opinion, the trip is not worth it at all!!
