Along the way, your guide will tell the stories and history of craft beer and the craft beer scene in Berlin, as well as local stories you will only hear from a real Berliner. You’ll get an intimate look into this new and growing niche movement. By the end of this 3.5-hour tour, you will not only have the ability to identify different styles of craft beer, you will have gained an appreciation for the culture of Berlin as a whole. Each tour ends at a different location, depending on which bars and areas of the city your guide takes you.

Thankful to Chris for making our trip to Berlin amazing - This tour was fantastic. Chris was an excellent guide that had so much information about beer and the culture. We had a great time, laughs, beer and the best slice of pizza. What more could you want!

BEST TOUR EVER!!!! - This was the best tour I've ever been on. I've never been one to leave reviews, but Clif really deserves it. I highly recommend making this one of the first things you do in the city, as our guide was a fantastic resource for the rest of our trip.
I'm not necessarily a beer connoissieur, but Clif gave us the tools to appreciate beer while recommending some of the best tasting drinks I've had! He clearly wants you to have a good time. As he gets to know you and members of your tour, your tour will change. He will give you something you're used to, and something that will open your mind to a whole other side of your pallette. All while taking you through the history of craft beer in the city, as well as highlighting the side of Berlin that tourists don't always get to see (in the best way possible).
He has a great relationship with all of the breweries he takes you to, and will do his best to ensure you have a good time. At the end he recommended other things we should do in the city, which included the best meal on our trip! THANK YOU CLIF!
If I ever go back to Berlin, I know I can count on this guy to give me a completely new and unique experience.

Beer tour of Berlin. Prost! - Cliff had an extremely good knowledge of German beer history and it was also really good to use this as a grounding for why there is so little variety around German beer.
Cliff took us on a tour of the fledging craft beer scene around Berlin with some interesting tales and stories that only a place like Berlin given its uniqueness could have.
Cliff had an intricate knowledge of chemist and the brewing my process. We went to come lovely bars.
It was way too hot, but that isn’t Cliff’s fault! Overall an excellent tour of beer around Berlin. 😀

An unforgettable experience - We had a great experience with Cliff, who not only taught us so much about beer, but also a lot about the city's history! I kept on wishing that I had brought a notebook to write everything down because he provided such a robust amount of information in an entertaining manner. Thanks Cliff!

Interesting and enjoyable beer tour, away from the common tourist sites - Very interesting and enjoyable tour outside the common tourist sites. The tour included the history of beer and related history of Berlin. The stories where told by a very knowledgeable guide, while tasting craft beer at some of the local bars.

Culture experience - Cliff was a fantastic guide. This tour was more than just tasting beer, it was a cultural experience to Berlin. Cliffs knowledge of the area and beer scene was second to none. Highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Good Experience, Excellent Guide - Clif was very knowledgeable and a great teacher of how craft beer is made and how it was established in Berlin. He has a calm and welcoming demeanor and was a pleasure to hang out with for 3 hours. The pizza was excellent, but the beers were hit and miss. Good portion of beer to try as well. We tried a guava-esq tasting beer, chocolatey-malt beer, as well as more traditional Hefeweizens and IPAs. Unfortunately I didn’t like half of them. There were 7 different beers we got to taste in 3 different places in a great “locals only” part of Berlin. Not your traditional German beer tasting, but a great experience nonetheless.
