Brilliant tour - Brilliant walking tour taking in many of berlins sites. Took 3.5-4 hours but there were scheduled toilet and lunch stops. Very knowledgeable guide - ronja who couldn’t be more helpful, thanks so much!

Great Tur, recommended!! - It was a very interesting tour of former eastern part of Berlin. We explored many important historical events and places on foot. The pace was just right, me 42, my daughter 8 and my mom 67. It was a very hot day, but we always had a shady spot. Irina, our guide was very competent and could answer further questions. We can only recommend it, especially for getting started but even if you have been there before.

Exceptional visit - We spent an exceptional time with Theo, his way of telling Berlin took us into the history and life of Berlin over the years. It was a great entry point for our weekend in Berlin, we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

A thoughtful and edifying experience - Joel, our guide, took his time and explained the history of Berlin and of each place we visited with care and precision. He listened carefully to all of our questions and answered each to the best of his ability. He wasn’t in a hurry to get rid of us and in fact took extra time to make sure we saw everything with understanding and appreciation. The photographs he carried with him helped us to contrast the current bustling and vital Berlin with its wartime past. A thoroughly enjoyable tour ended with a moving quotation from “Austerlitz” about the importance of memory.

Amazing tour! - Great tour and a great guide! Even thought we got unlucky with rain our guide Rona helped keep the group’s spirits up and gave a very detailed and intruiging tour. 5 stars is not enough to describe it!

Extremely informative review of 20th century Berlin history - Our guide Jimmy had so much historical information about Berlin and its sights that he made accessible to us, particularly 20th century Berlin. I've read about and seen a lot of these sights in books and online but it is a totally different thing to see them IRL - really brings it home. A lot of it is pretty dark and bleak but so necessary to be able to understand our present day. Highly recommended to get a grip on why Berlin and indeed Germany is the way it is now.

Disappointing private tour; not worth the price. - The tour guide was unresponsive to questions beyond his memorized script which he repeated verbatim at various stops on the tour, apparently forgetting that he had already recounted the same story in exactly the same words. Some of his information was wrong, and he dismissed simple tourist inquiries about Berlin such as where to purchase tickets for public trams or buses. He was also distracted by frequent cell phone calls, interrupting the tour to answer texts.
We did cover all the sights listed on the published itinerary, but the experience did not justify the significant expense. My husband and I do not recommend this tour. It does not meet the standards of excellence of private tours we have taken in many other cities around the world.
