Helena is an excellent Guide!! - We have been travelling for over a month and Helena has been one of the best guides we have ever had. The tour changed the experience of the whole visit to Berlin and the perspective. 4 hours very well invested, and if you can, ask Helena! A Pro with knowledge that enriches and very clear and pointed explanations!

An excursion not to be missed - I loved it, everything with a lot of history, our guide Celia, was explaining everything in detail and curiosities. It was not just seeing a museum and the wall went much further, until making us feel like you were inside the story. Definitely highly recommended! Celia we hit in 10! Thank you so much for everything

The quality of Celia - Celia is an extraordinary guide: pleasant, rigorous, with an in-depth knowledge of the subject and who knows how to present it generously in terms of her time and the answer to all the questions we pose. An extraordinary professional; extraordinary experience.

Terrible experience - As I was trying to book online, there was some question about whether the tour was in Spanish or English. So I called Viator and their staff assured me it was in English and booked two tickets. Ok, fine so far. But then, the morning of the tour we discovered that the directions on the confirmation email/ticket included two DIFFERENT meeting points. So, after wandering all over Alexanderplatz looking for the right group, I called the local number provided in the information sent to us with the booking (culturberlin or something like that) —- who told me they had no record of such a tour that morning! And could offer no help whatsoever, sorry! We resumed roaming around and finally found a couple of tour groups that looked like they might be the ones— indeed one was, but the tour guide confirmed the tour was in Spanish. So, no tour for us. Overall, this was a terrible and frustrating experience. I’m trying to figure out how to get my money back.
