Well worth the visit - The comedians were funny and the show was lively. Drinks were cheap, atmosphere was cosy Amount of material pleasantly surprising, but also the engaging audience comedy of the host was a pleasant surprise

Top-Tier from start to finish - Great night out! The MC/host Chris was excellent, his crowd work had me and my mates laughing from start to finish. Each of the acts were all hilarious in their own unique way. Their humour and storytelling, weaving their jokes with the aspects of their own lives and setting up the punch was top tier. If dark humour is your thing, I can't recommend this enough. Thanks to all the comedians for such an enjoyable night.

Great atmosphere, clever jokes - Left in a much better mood than when I arrived because the organizer was very welcoming, the venue staff friendly, the whole admosphere was great and the cherry on top were the dark jokes, of course. I liked that there was a line-up of several comedians who had different styles. The organizer has different event series which I can imagine are all worth checking out so I'll go to their Sunday event too and would like to check out if I'll travel to Berlin again.

Great Evening of Laughter at Karakas in Berlin - Recently, my wife and I had the chance to attend an English-speaking comedy show at Karakas in Berlin. The overall atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with a mixed local and international crowd. The comedians were great - fresh, funny, and dark. The host Chris was excellent - he's clearly a professional with great stage presence and crowd work...he kept the momentum going throughout the evening. Overall, it was a great night of laughter and entertainment in an intimate yet fun space. If you want to see what (english) comedy is like in Germany/Berlin, and I would highly recommend checking out this venue and group.
