Good experience - Nice experience and informative.
Would recommend and great value.
Bring a jacket in case it gets chilly.
It was also possible to buy cool and refreshing drinks on the boat.

Relaxing trip down the river Spree - Beautiful and relaxing way to see Berlin's landmarks up close. The boat is very quiet & comfortable. Staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a good cocktail and snacks, while relaxing, listening to music and commentary of the various landmarks.

A tourist couple wanted to see the city from the river and get off our feet. Success - Very enjoyable. Good length of time, good speed, nice commentary and music. The electric boat seemed quieter and less smelly than the other boats on the river. Can recommend.

Perfect jaunt through Berlin! - This was exactly what we needed. My wife and I had an opportunity to take this one hour excursion through the city via the river and it offered us a perspective we otherwise would not have had. Everyone was super friendly from the person that we checked in with, to the boat captain. Drinks are not included, but we had plenty to choose from on the menu ans they were auper reasonably priced. I would recommend this very highly.

Perfect for couples ! - This was such a tranquil experience for my partner and me. It was the perfect end to our Berlin trip, the staff was friendly and professional. It was an overcast day and we appreciated the cappuccino and blankets for warmth !

Highly recommend. Lovely... - Highly recommend. Lovely boat ride on small, private electric (quiet and no fumes) boat. Perfect start to the afternoon, then explored the Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island.

The best boat in the River. Iconic experience. - Amazing. Beautiful classic wooden boat. Linen table cloth - flowers, apple spritzer drink. Padded cushioned private back deck.
Wonderful English German documentary. Appropriate music.
Gorgeous wood interior, classic bathroom.
Very attentive hosts.
Only boat.
No competition.

Great way to spend an hour of your day - This was a wonderful way to spend an hour out of our day along the river Spree. The boat is smaller than most along the river and that made for a nice semi private feel to the experience. The service was top notch and friendly. The sites you are along the river are also beautiful and the recorded commentary in both German and English is pleasant.

Excellent tour and service onboard - We weren’t sure which tour to do in Berlin but this did not disappoint, some other flagship tours in Europe are ok but not great as too many people especially where drinks are included (no drinks included in Berlin). The location was easy to find, the boat and interior were exceptional and very comfortable. We chose to sit on the lounges at the front behind deck chairs, our view and experience was amazing. The crew were welcoming and friendly, drinks and food service was really good and to a much higher standard than I expected, the tray was a nice touch. There are seats inside, on deck, outside but covered so all requirements are catered for, larger and smaller groups or even solo travellers. The food and drink was very good standard. Blankets were provided to those that wanted them but for us it was lovely sunny day. My only feedback was the speakers at the front of the boat as they are right next to your head if you sit on the loungers, it’s a bit loud so perhaps they can be moved, otherwise it was a perfect trip, we did hear someone complain it wasn’t as “pretty” as Amsterdam, well no it wouldn’t be as it’s BERLIN, you cannot really compare the two!. I will definitely book again when I come back but via flagship directly as better offers

No room for goodwill granted, therefore negative evaluation - We had booked the tour at 12 noon. But I unfortunately assumed that the tour would start at 1pm. So 10 minutes before 1 p.m. 11 people stood in the pouring rain at the jetty. My question about whether we are allowed to participate in the not fully booked trip at 1.30 pm despite different booking times was answered in a negative way. We should only have been allowed to ride if we had paid the sumptuous fare again. However, we have not done so. I do not like the attitude of the operator, especially since we 11 people would have made sales with cocktails. But well, it wasn't meant to be.
