Well worth the time to take this tour. - Darren was a great tour gourde who is very knowledgeable. We would have never seen the sights he took us to if we had not taken this tour.

A great time - One of our favorite parts of our trip. Felt less like a formal tour and more like hanging out with some fellow travelers. We loved all the beers we got to try and really enjoyed seeing the different architecture around the city.

Beer tour in Berlin - Paul met us at St Mary's church and gave us a tour that covered more than just the history of pubs and breweries. His manner was entertaining and welcoming. The photos he showed us of historic Berlin were well chosen and well organised. The beers we drank were mostly on his recommendation and we found them to our liking. We were lucky with the fine sunny day that was not too hot. Much of our walk was beside the Spree river and he gave us a history of the bridges we passed. The group was composed mainly of Australians and Americans but there was one Irishman, which was ironic because Paul is Irish. We so enjoyed the final stop, Berlin's St George Brewery, that we stayed on for dinner, and it was delicious. Weaving home after five beers was something of an adventure but we all agreed that it was a tour worth taking.

Off the beaten path - Paul, did a fantastic job of showing us a off the beaten path of Berlin! Along with some very refreshing cold beers. If this is the only tour you have time for? Do it. If you have more time, it is well worth the little unknown facts that you get to see.

Berlin’s Best Beer Tour - Cairan was an excellent guide and provided us with in-depth information on the city of Berlin and the history of beer making. The tour does not focus on the consumption of alcohol but more on the appreciation of beer making. It is an intelligent and thought provoking tour that explores the Berlin lifestyle. Each beer stop allowed us to sample beers from various craft breweries across Germany and also regional influences on beer flavours. We really enjoyed the opportunity to visit very interesting, though less touristy areas around the city. This was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Best of Berlin - wow. i underestimated what this tour was, i came into it thinking it would be a simple beer tour of the best places in Berlin. it was so much more. prior to this i had many tours of the city, this tour covered history none of the other touched on. want to see where Napoleon had dinner and drank after defeating prussia. it’s here. want to see church’s and black plague art, it’s here. want to enjoy beer and hang out with new friends? it’s got that too. tour is not to be missed and tour organizer/guide Paul is a gem of human being. i will recommend this highly to anyone interested in Berlin and enjoys a beer. Prost!

Excellent and engaging tour - Paul was an excellent and engaging tour guide who happily answered all our questions with ease and knowledge. It was a great way to learn and experience some of the more "off the beaten track" parts of Berlin. I would heartily recommend the tour. The beer was great too!
