Absolutely incredible tour for those looking for something unique! - My dad and I took the tour with Paul and had an incredible time. Paul is so knowledgeable about Berlin and it's history and gave us a ton of information you wouldn't get on other tours. A fun and informative tour that takes so many different places. I can not recommend this tour enough to anyone who truly wants to see a different side of Berlin, especially with a guide as friendly and informative as Paul. Great great tour.

Brilliant Tour - This was such a fantastic tour led by Paul who was exceptional. Highly highly recommended. Great time - Although our guide announced in the beginning of the tour, that there woundn't be much history involved during the tour, there was loads of knowledge to be gained on culture and german Pub-hisotry as well as info on tourist traps. Generally i would have expected to go to more historical/local pubs (I expected more of a Pub Crawl), but we experienced a lot of "Späti" culture instead, which was also very fine with me (the tour is new, and they are still adjusting it). There was a lot of walking involved, which I didn't mind, for it helped burn off some of the generous amounts of beer included in the tour. But if you do not like to walk much, this tour might be a bit straining in its current form - also because of the drinks kicking in ;O). All in all it was a really fun experience and I would recommend doing it.

Loved that this tour gave you different eras of Berlin/German history, stretching back to the beginning of Berlin. Highly recommended, history with drinks included - The guides were very knowledgeable but also provided a very relaxed and affable experience. There is a lot of walking and some fairly long stretches without a beer, so the only suggestion I have would be shuffling how soon you get the first "walking beer". But it was a lovely time and I would do it again.

Do this tour - This is a change of pace Berlin tour in all the right ways. I learned a ton about the pre-WWII days and got beers along the way. It’s well paced, shows you a different side of Berlin, and Paul was incredibly friendly. This was less like a tour and more like an evening with friends, but we learned a ton. Can’t recommend it enough.

A real history tour! - We took the tour on Thursday with our guide Paul. It was amazing. It was about the history of Berlin and how the beer and pubs have developed over time in the city. The tastings were loads of fun and the beer was great! Highly recommended.
