Friendly staff, great views. - Lovely staff, especially the cafe waiter who was friendly, chatty and interested in hearing about our trip plans. Reasonably priced and delicious gateaux and coffee. Views are amazing and you are welcome to take your time appreciating them.

Great views over berlin during golden hour - We decided to check this viewing platform out on a Wednesday evening at 6pm, it cost us 9 euros each. They told us that the last lift down from the platform would be at 6.50pm which was more than enough time for us. We would have loved to have got a drink at the platform but the cafe was closed as we were so late. It was golden hour so the photos and videos we took turned out really lovely. There must have been maybe 15 people total there when we went, so there was plenty of room - i imagine if large groups were up there it would get quite busy so i feel like we timed it right. The platform is covered by metal caging so it feels a bit precarious holding your phone out through the bars but just be careful. We thought it was great value for money and a lovely calm activity with a breeze to end a busy and hot day in berlin. Would highly recommend.

Lovely views. - Very interesting views from the top. Would have given a 5 star review, but I think it's unfair to pay for toilets after paying for admission and spending in the cafe.

Great views of Berlin from 24th floor - 24 floors in 20 seconds was OK but the real gem is Berlin’s history in black & white. The rebuild of Potsdamer Platz below in the 1990’s is architecturally brilliant. The views show how flat the City is and better views than a city bus tour.

Nice view, worth checking out if you are in the area - We were in the Potsdamer Platz area and we read about the possibility of going up to the panoramic point. The entrance ticket costs €8, you go up with a very fast (but not spectacular) lift and the view is actually beautiful, you can enjoy a view over the whole city. Our visit was somewhat spoiled by the strong winds. If you're nearby, it might still be worth it! :) There is also a café at the top but we haven't been there.

Very nice view. Reasonably priced - Beautiful view of the city. If you're there, it's worth the trip. Especially as an alternative to the overrun TV tower. The price is as low as 7 euros per person. Tickets can be bought in advance and a tilt ticket is offered. We came on a normal weekday at 2pm and experienced no waiting time. But during the holidays there is probably more to easily find on Potzdammer platz. There is a small market just below. With some food and tingeltangle. Is it worth the trip. Yes. Especially if you don't want to climb other of the well-known viewpoints. Fun with the Fast elevator.

Good views - Good views. We caught a foggy day, even so you can see everything that is most characteristic of Berlin. It has 2 floors. And a cafeteria. It is better to buy the ticket there. There is an offer for families

Great view, day a little limited by the surrounding buildings - Nice view, but it's over quickly, if you're into the big picture, spend the time on the TV tower, if you just want to see Berlin from above, it's a nice trip.

Just a pity - Playful friendliness of the staff - snappy and arrogant. A coffee to overflow full - where to put the milk? Very bad for such a view. Prices as high as the platform!

Very disappointed - The person at the ticket counter didn't recognise the voucher that Viator sent us and the 'tower' was not much more than a tall office block. Views restricted by iron fence. Really disappointed.
