Beautiful castle tour - Beautiful castle tour! A lot of walking, but worth the fantastic views! We took a train from Berlin to Potsdam with our guide Mihail and he was very knowledgeable about the castles and the history of the owners. Enjoyed our small group!

Great day! - Great day exploring Potsdam w/Eran! Learned a lot and had fun in the process. Opted to stay on in Potsdam for a few hours after the tour to explore the shops and restaurants which was a perfect end to the day:).

Unbelievable history that sums up Germany as a nation - The in-depth history of the kings and how they came about. Our tour guide Nicholai was an absolute gentleman and tried and went beyond his duties to make sure we understood everything and that we had a fulfilling day. Going into the palaces afterwards was unreal.

Enjoyable day - Had a very good guide who was very knowledgeable and was able to convey the historical context and significance of this town. Probably would have been better to include entrance into some of the palaces. Long day with the long train ride.

Not much content - This tour got us to Potsdam on the tram , which was convenient, but Michael our tour guide did not have particularly interesting information, and was unable to answer historical questions. He left us for an hour to shop on our own during lunch. Basically , chaperoned transport to Potsdam.

Worst experience with the tour I have ever had in my life - Terrible does not even begin to describe it. Our guide, Tobi, simply left us in the middle of the park in Potsdam outside Cecilienhof Palace while we (me and an 11 year old child) were in the bathroom (it was a scheduled bio break stop). He and the group were standing outside when we went in. They were nowhere to be found once we came outside. I had very bad Wifi connection, so finding our way back was quite a challenge… particularly with a kid, who was quite scared. Moreover, based on the itinerary for the tour on https://insidertour.com/tours/potsdam/, our guide skipped points 2,3,4 and 5 of the tour… we were left behind at #6. When we eventually made it back to Berlin, I sent an e-mail message to [email protected] describing my experience and at the very least asking for a refund. Alas, I have never heard back!
