• Brandenburg Gate - Your tour begins in front of the Starbucks at the Brandenburg Gate (S/U-Bahn Brandenburger Tor), where you will meet your guide and travel to the camp outside the city.
• Memorial and Museum Sachsenhausen - En route to the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp Memorial, your guide will provide insightful information about the Nazi concentration camp system.
• Memorial and Museum Sachsenhausen - Upon arrival at this former Nazi concentration camp, you will see the camp’s model layout as your guide explains its design and purpose.

Proceed by entering the former camp, where you can walk through and see the appellplatz (roll call square), the barracks, the pathology department, the Zellenbau (Gestapo prison), the extermination center, and the crematorium.

Listen as your guide shares stories about the daily lives of the prisoners, the brutal punishments, and the tortures and murders. You will also learn about the final days of the Sachsenhausen concentration camp and its post-WWII use under the Soviets.

• Gedenkstatte und Museum Sachsenhausen - The Sachsenhausen-Oranienburg concentration camp, located just outside Berlin’s city limits, held over 200,000 prisoners during the Nazi era. The camp served as a training ground for SS guards destined for other camps across Europe. It now stands as a memorial and a reminder of Berlin’s darkest days.
• Pariser Platz - After your tour concludes, you can choose to spend more time in the memorial museums on your own or return with your guide by train to central Berlin.

• Please note that on Mondays the memorial is open however certain exhibits are closed to the public and unfortunately not part of the tour.

• Wheelchair accessible, but please note the ground can get muddy during the winter months. Some exhibitions, such as the Guard Tower A have a second level and are not wheelchair accessible.
