Pick this tour and you not be disappointed - Roshana did an excellent job of describing all the history we were seeing the remains of. She also made sure we were very aware of our timeline and transfers fro travel. She even went above and beyond to make sure we got to our next destination after the tour. I highly recommend this tour and this guide

Highly recommended - Had an amazing tour with Roshana today! She was engaging, informative, and so kind. We learned so much that isn't in the history books, at least not the ones they use for school. I can't recommend Roshana enough!

I wish I experienced the whole tour! - So experience started at 10a RICHARD was the BEST( tour guide) so knowledgeable & so attentive! I really think he should get a raise! 😜 I communicated with Viator in requesting how long the experience would be and they said typically 3 hours—- I thought it was cool since I had to catch flight back to AMS assumed it would be 1p tour ending! That didn’t not even come close-! We left later to catch the transportation to the location it didn’t bother me I was so grateful to even attempt to do it! However we physically didn’t get into the property with the start of everything til 12ish PM I personally loved it the experience was nice but I didn’t see anything but the front of the original concentration camp because the transportation system was so late and we didn’t get there til much later! I would do it again! I would but perhaps for free this time 😆😆😆…… I was very impressed with the professionalism this company holds but I was internally sad that I actually didn’t even get to see what I came to Berlin GER for! It kind of hampered my spirits for the day but I have to come back to the city it is such a wonderful city esp east side there is so much to take in! I want to thank our tour guide Richard if he ever happened to read this: he was and is AMAZING! I hope he doesn’t stop and I want to have him next time! (This time I’m gonna come for several days so I can actually see everything around….😆) but I’m giving this a 5 STAR because the company has wonderful people who work for them and very knowledgeable & attentive and highly professional! Very grateful for the opportunity!

If you are going to do one tour, do this one - If you are going to do any walking tour, do this one with this company. We were advised by a family friend to pay for a tour as opposed to go on our own and it was good advice. The journey will take up most of your daytime so it is only right to make the best use of your time. You can only glean so much from reading and if it is your first visit get a tour and, speaking for myself and my family, you will absorb so much more information … maybe go on your own the second time to cover other parts.. We had Richard who proved to be an excellent tour guide. Informed and very willing to answer questions.

Good tour but need some adjustments - The guide was very good, she knew a lot. Things to review...the meeting point 4 block from the train station is a waste of time. Better set a point in the station. Better to bring something to eat and drink. To buy in a little caffee with 2 sellers for 24 people in a hurry was not pleasant.
