• Museum Island - The Museuminsel is a set of five museums built between 1824 and 1930 on a small island.

• Victory Column (Siegessaule) - Designed by Heinrich Strack after 1864 to commemorate the Prussian victory in the Danish-Prussian War.

• The Holocaust Memorial - Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe - Memorial in Berlin to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust, designed by architect Peter Eisenman and engineer Buro Happold.

• Potsdamer Platz - It is an important Berlin square located in the Tiergarten district, on the border with Mitte. During the years of the Weimar republic it was the largest commercial, cultural and transport center of the city.

• Checkpoint Charlie - Checkpoint Charlie is the most famous border crossing of the Berlin Wall between 1945 and 1990.
  This checkpoint became a symbol of the Cold War, representing the separation of East and West.

• Gendarmenmarkt - Gendarmenmarkt is perhaps Berlin’s most majestic square, best known for three unmistakable buildings: the Deutscher Dom, the Französischer Dom and the Konzerthaus which form a perfect spatial harmony.

• Alexanderplatz - It’s a large public square and transport hub in the central Mitte district of Berlin. Alexanderplatz is the most visited area of Berlin because it’s one of Berlin’s major commercial areas, housing various shopping malls, department stores and other large retail locations.
