Great way to see it all - My husband lived in Berlin in the 80's and wanted to show me everything as well as see what had changed. This was the best way to get around. The Company also did a great job considering the UEFA finals were interfering with traffic.

Good way to experience Berlin and move about the city. - This was a good overview of Berlin’s city highlights as well as providing an economical way to get from one site to another. The bus was clean and the audio clear, although it did cut off abruptly a few times but did not exclude anything relevant. There was a small disappointment of not getting to view the Brandenburg gate but the was due to the Euro cup event and not due to the tour company. I felt they did a good job of letting people know which stops to get off to walk to the gate. Only other comment is a warning that on Sundays the shops are closed so not to get off at KaDeWe.

Go for it! - Best way to see the city (followed by exploring it on your own using public transportation). We chose a 24 hour option which was good enough to cover all points of interest. It takes about 2h 30 mints if you choose to stay in the bus without getting off at any of the stops. Advantage over other companies was there was only one route so no change of buses to switch to a different route.

Reasonable open top bus tour - This is pretty bog standard okay open top bus tour. It covers most of the key sites. The commentary focuses on key buildings and there can be lengthy gaps but to be fair it does does cover the places you need to know about. It was fine for us but for those of you who like a continuous drone maybe look elsewhere. Clearly most people who've left negative reviews never did any research about that nor the fact the service starts winding down about 5 so if you wanna get the most I'd start morning or lunchtime at latest. I've also seen folk moan that you can do all these sites on a Berlin travel pass for a lot less and yes you can buy you wont have a relaxing time jumping from bus/tram/subway services to get around and much of the joy of this is sitting watching world go by. The tracking map on website is really helpful and Di check if stops have been closed or moved (we had a few that were changed due to euros) . Book online and you'll save. And why folk are complaining about a lack of AC is just hilarious - it's an open top bus. The free earphones were comfy. We did find one set of seats had an issue with not working for commentary but no other problems on the 3 buses we used

Could have been better - Several bus tours operating in the same spot so it was a bit confusing identifying the correct Tour operator. The bus took a long time before arriving & some of the inbuilt audio guides were not working hence other passengers had to switch seats to seats that had the audio working properly. Not too happy with the set-up.

Poor attitude and service - Very poor service especially in the river cruise. The people running the river cruise are extremely rude and not helpful. The hop on/off route is pretty standard without a smile. In fact I found that people in Berlin are generally very impatient and rude. This left a poor impression on me.

Poor guidance in the headphones - Bus that took us around Berlin but with poor guidance in the headphones. Sometimes it did not work at all and sometimes pvsr talk is not in sync with the place which gets a bit weird.

Awful driver, terrible experience - Rude bus driver who set off and immediately engaged in a call on his mobile (WTF? Do this in London as a taxi driver and you lose your licence....) Driver then ignored the bell and made no attempt to stop at our chosen designated stop on the map, nearly missed the next stop and parked the bus in the wrong location so passengers dismounted straight into a cycle lane. Driving was erratic with harsh acceleration and braking. 'Timetable' is also a complete work of fiction
