Cruiser 2 hr bike rental - Easy ride to State Park. Safe riding paths and free entry if on bike. Saw horses right away on beach and Bay side. Price was right too!

We’ll be back! - The rental attendant was welcoming, helpful, and created a positive experience. He also provided easy to follow instructions of where to go and how to get there. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and we encountered 20+ wild horses. Highly recommend if you love being active outdoors as we ended up biking 10+ miles however the terrain is very flat so it is not difficult to do.

Bike rental and tour - 2h bike rental. We went around the island (about 10miles in all). Option to add a cart to the front of the bike for free (recommended). It was a great experience. Beautiful landscape. We saw several horses during our hike. We went to the beach (US$5/person). However, we did not see horses on the beach. There were probably too many people. Everything was perfect.

Excellent!!! - The rental process and pick up/return was super easy. The gentleman who helped us was humorous and informative. There was a designated riding path that was completely paved. Other than the bridge, which was uphill, the path was flat. Seeing the park and horses on bikes was amazing. There was very little “traffic” on the path. We were able to see plenty of horses as we were able to stop frequently as we pleased. Probably one of my favorite things we did on this trip!

Easy, affordable and engaging way to see the Assateague island - Bill was wonderful! Kind, super friendly and engaging. The bike rental is conveniently located in the Assateague visitor center parking lot where there is public bathrooms. The bikes were great- option to add a basket for free and helmets. In the bike rental check in area you can find some essentials from hats, sunblock, ice cream and refreshments (water, Gatorade etc.) and some clothing merchandise. You can bike the island roughly 5 miles or so ( or about a 2 hour bike ride total) the wild ponies are everywhere and so beautiful. The beach is right there and you can stop take in the full scenic view of the island and water. We are a family of 5- ages 12-44. We all loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Bikes, treats, and the beach! - It was so fun biking with our grandkids between the bay and ocean, greeted by the wild ponies and tiny tik deer. After the ride we took a swim and enjoyed ice cream & fries at the Five Tides grill at Assateague State Park. Great day!
