Best way to see Los Angeles - The best way to see Los Angeles, We found the 2 day pass just right to fully see the 3 tours they covered. Drivers were very helpful when people asked questions. We took the underground to Hardrock Cafe both days to hop on the buses. Very happy with their tours and covers a big area.

Fantastic ride! - Worth the money you paid for. I dont know how i managed to squeeze my time to take all the red, yellow and purple routes, all in a single day! Perhaps, i dodnt get down the bus the whole time. I only made 1 stop at the farmer's market to grab some dinner, but that was it! And hop on back again with the next bus.

Good way to see lots of tourist spots!! - We had a good but long day as we did all three routes in one day!! Probably a bit overambitious and maybe better to either do over two days or three days and have time to get off and have a look around at places like Rodeo drive, the Farmers market and Santa Monica pier. Buses were fine. Seats a little squishy as in leg room. Drivers were good. Would recommend bring jacket, hat and drink. Good way to see a lot of tourist spots when you don’t have a car.

Great time!! - Worth the price! We had an amazing time and were able to see soo much more using the hop on go off bus methods! Only did not give 5 stars because I wish there was a way for you to know exactly when the buses would be arriving or getting close to a pick up location near you.

Not so great - This was the second time with Starline. This time around some of the drivers were very rude and unpleasant. Seemed to dislike their jobs. Other than the bad attitude everything else was great. Just adjust the drivers attitudes and I think tourists will be happy.

Drivers will destroy your experience - The driver was so rude.. it was ridiculous. As a local I was ashamed that this is the experience that tourists have to experience on their trip. She was complaining about that there’s no AC and she’s hot and yelling (military style) at everyone. Pepole felt really uncomfortable

Waste of time and money - Not great, the time table is not accurate, bus stops are not at the location given in the app and printed map. We got off at stop 7 in Beverly Hills to transfer buses and were told the next bus was coming in 10 minutes. We waited about an hour, no bus came. We ended up calling an uber to get back. It is a waste of money and time.

Horrible experience - We were excited about this tour and having the ability to learn about different sites and get off and on the bus. As soon as we got on the bus, we realized this was not going to be a great situation. It started out by the bus driver clearly not wanting to be there. He was yelling at everybody to sit down and exclaimed that, I don't speak nothing other than English. So if you're sitting next to somebody who doesn't speak English, tell him to sit down. The audio did not work on the bus, so we could not listen to the tour. We did download the app, however because it was tied to GPS, we would only hear small portions of the dialogue because the bus driver was not stopping in the appropriate places and was just flying through the stops. We got off at stop 5 did not get back on. I have done similar tours and other cities, and always have had good experiences, however, this was not one of them! I was terribly disappointed. I called and complained to customer service and they said they would be contacting management to see about getting me a refund and that they would be reaching out to me to let me know of the decision. As of today, I have not received any word back.

Not recommended - Expensive and no added value The rout and audio guide does not show anything amazing. Each route has 1 spot good enough to explore the zone. Have in mind that the bus takes 45 to 60 min to pass again being high risk to go out of the bus and find nothing down there . At the end it’s cheeped to take subway and bus to go to main attractions like vinice beach or Lacma museum. Also during September with 35 -39 Celsius it was painful to be in the bus Not worth it

Unclean, unfriendly, cumbersome - Old, dirty buses. Unfriendly. Have only booths on site and no office in a building. Impossible timetable with irregular intervals. No digital ticket and plan. No tracking. Not recommended. Big Bus is much better!
