Awesome! - We booked this trip from Australia for myself and my 2 adult children. We were so impressed - door to door pick up and return from our accommodation, both guides were exceptional in their knowledge. The only criticism I can find is that one spoke quite quickly, and at times we had trouble keeping up with his information because he knew so much! I was assisted to find a family member, and I appreciated that😊 The accommodation was clean and satisfactory, and Sam escorted us both ways on the ferry to ensure we didn’t get lost! I’d recommend this to anyone wanting a tour of Gallipoli and Troy!

Very knowledgeable and interesting tour guide - Our guide for both days had 15 years experience as a Gallipoli & Troy guide. Being Turkish, he was able to give us a Turkish perspective on the Gallipoli campaign which we had not heard before. Gives you an even greater understanding of the sacrifice made by both sides.

A time to remember - We hired a car from the airport and drove down the peninsula to Galipoli. The road was great. I don't know the speed limit, but I don't think the other drivers did either Found Galipoli easy enough and also found Lone Pine it was a hot day 38deg ended up catching ferry across to Cannakle and stayed the night The next morning, I wondered around Cannakle, i found the horse of Troy and drove back to the airport

Everything about this trip was perfect - My review starts with my initial enquiry. Ramazan responded to my initial email with a suggested itinerary and was so helpful all the way along even when we had a late change of hotel. The minibus pickup and the tour checkin were seamless and so day one began with an afternoon tour to Troy, followed by an overnight stay in Canakkale. Cindy was our tour guide for Troy and she was outstanding with exceptional knowledge of the area. Canakkale is a beautiful seaside town worthy of a trip on its own. Day 2 was the real purpose of the tour for me and my son (21). We met our guide Bülent at 8:15 for our short ferry ride back to Ecebat. We selected the private walking tour so we loaded up on water and started approx 9am. Visiting all the same ANZAC landmarks as the daily tour, our trip also included a 2 hour hike starting at Shrapnel Valley cemetery walking up to Plugges Plateau taking in 4th Battalion cemetery and finally coming out near Lone Pine, it was a tough walk but absolutely would recommend it for the experience and for the knowledge shared by Bülent. Visiting the Aus/NZ/English and of course Turkish memorials was humbling. Crowded House tours were just a delight to deal with and their guides are so knowledgeable and friendly. Anyone with an interest in history should definitely look these tours up and without a second thought use Crowded House tours.

Highly recommend using Crowded House Tours - We had a wonderful experience with Crowded House Tours. We learned so much from our amazing tour guide, Cagri Tok, who was so passionate about teaching us all he could about Turkey's incredible history. Communication was excellent regarding all logistical details. I would not hesitate to use Crowded House Tours again for my next trip to Turkey.

Well.run and very enjoyable tour - We took the 2 day Gallipoli and Troy tour from Istanbul with an overnight in Canakkale. Crowded House provided great communication when we arranged our tour and accommodation and the tour was very well organised including splitting and reassembling groups depending on the participants travel and tour choices. Our driver Halil showed his skill in negotiating the streets in Istanbul and provided a comfortable ride to Eceabat. For the Gallipoli tour our guide Bulent was very knowledge and provide a great understanding of the campaign from the ANZAC and Turkish perspectives. We overnighted at the Grand ANZAC hotel which was clean, friendly and comfortable (if a little old and tired). After lunch time we were picked up for our Troy tour with a second guide, Burak. Burak is a laugh,  super engaging, knows a bit about every nationality's quirks and also passionate and knowledgeable about Troia (Troy). The ancient history of the city as well as the history of it's archealogical exploration is fascinating and gives a great perspective on the achievements of the ancient world (and stupidities of the modern one). The only part of the tour which could do with a little work is the included lunch on the first day which was a bit bland and dry and could have been used as an opportunity to show off the great local food. I'd highly recommend the overnight tour - the first day from Istanbul to Gallipoli and then over to Canakkale was long enough, but those going back to Istanbul that same night must have been exhausted. Overall it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for smooth, well run, enjoyable tours in the area to book with Crowded House. Thanks Halil, Bulent and Burak (writing this on the way back to Istanbul.in complete faith that Halil will get us there in one piece 😄).

Fantastic custom Turkish tour - Initially we had a two day tour booked but had a change of itinerary so worked with Ramazen to Taylor a private 4 day tour for our group of 7. We had perfect guides and drivers who took great care of us and the accommodation and meals included in our tour were fantastic. We enjoyed the luxury of the air conditioned Mercedes vans too as it was very hot.

Fantastic Memorable Tour - Highly Recommended - A fantastic 2 day experience with Crowded House Tours. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency & organisation of how all staff conducted themselves brilliantly. Ramazan at the Eceabat Office was prompt with email communications right from the start & was friendly & courteous. As an Aussie we enjoyed 2 terrific days exploring Gallipoli & Troy with our amazing funny guide Charlie, along with a bus load of friendly Aussies & Kiwis, the comradeship was second to none & a hi-light of our Istanbul trip. Brilliant.

The Best! You must do this tour! - This tour was absolutely faultless. The best tour I have been on and the tour guides are so knowledgeable with information. Anzac Cove was such a moving and emotional place where you are well informed. Coming from New Zealand I was so pleased I went on this tour. Staying overnight in Cannakkale and having a half day to explore was perfect. The small seaside town is spectacular. This tour is by far the best tour ever! You will not regret it. Thank you for taking me and my friend on this trip you.
