Simply amazing !! - Guide and Staff were very attentive. Went above and beyond expectations !!! Food was great. Def worth the experience

Fabulous yacht cruise! - It's actually a yacht! Lots of room, lovely service. Snacks were light and delicious!! Instructional were clear and meet up was really easy. Boat is pretty smooth but you do get the feel of the ocean, which I love! Fantastic sunset pictures! I sat on top right side and that was perfect and always close to shore for awesome pictures. Even got extra local recommendations from the tour guide!

Great tour - Great proper 2.5 hrs tour, great service with drink and snack onboard. The view is stunning. Highly recommended.

Lovely sunset experience - Great trip on the bhosphorous. We got to see both the European and Asian side attractions with good commentary from the guide with lot of information. The snacks were great!

Great way to see greater Istanbul. - Fantastic way to see more of Istanbul than the area of the old City. Boat was comfortable but not a luxury yacht as we would define luxury. Good commentary on key sights throughout the tour. Drinks and snacks were good. Overall a very good experience.

Not so impressed - The trip was average compared to similar trips in took in İstanbul. The indoor space wasn’t enough to accommodate more than 6-8 people. The weather was so windy and it was impossible to stay outside. The snacks were average but drinks offered were not so good. Unfortunately i love visiting İstanbul and this will be my 5th trip but to be honest i was expecting much better accommodation on the boat and definitely better snacks and beverages!!

Very average cruise - We were struggling at first what company to choose from (since there are many options and prices vary). Finally, we decided to go with this company since their price was in a middle range. Now after experiencing the tour I can say I’m glad we didn’t choose the higher priced one because it wouldn’t worth it. Very simple cruise. Don’t expect VIP service or a lot of info on a history. You won’t learn much and hopefully you’ll be able to hear what they say at all. The ship was okay, music was too loud, it was impossible to talk (maybe because we were too close to the speaker). Snacks were average, in fact, I didn’t try any (baklava and Turkish savory cookies) and fruit platter that was tasty and sweet. They also offered bottled lemonade and beer for extra cost. It definitely didn’t feel like a tour, it was kind of taking a ferry where you’re on your own enjoying the scenery. I wouldn’t pay more for that. It was an Okay experience.

Unreliable. Find a different tour operator - This tour operator canceled on the same day as the cruise claiming mechanical problems. Lucky for us we are in Istanbul for one more day and I could find a different tour company. Save yourself the cruel disappointment and avoid Bosphurus Tours Istanbul. In full transparency, I did get a refund but I am leaving this review because I seemed to be blocked from doing so easily on the web site by Viator. Viator did not make it easy to leave a review for canceled booking but I believe others deserve the right to know so I stuck it out with Viator customer service for 20 minutes.

Didn’t Happen! - Seller delayed the trip by 24hrs then cancelled due to mechanical problems. To be fair they sent nice postponement/ cancellation messages
