The tour takes you through all the landing beaches, the Lone Pine (an Australian Memorial), Chunuk Bair (a New Zealand Memorial), and the 57th Regiment (a Turkish Memorial). You will have the chance to see the well-preserved tunnels and trenches from World War 1 as the guide elucidates on the battle from both the Turkish and Allied viewpoints. Additionally, a trip to Homer’s Troy is on the agenda for the second day before returning to your Istanbul hotel. You’ll also enjoy a half-day of leisure to explore Canakkale.
