Great food tour - I'm so glad I did this tour on my stay in Istambul, you can learn a lot from the food tradition of Istambul and Turkie in general. I had the chance to taste a variety of dishes that otherwise I would missed but not only that, Salih the guide is an experencied guide and gave me a lot of usefull information about the city and made the experience very enjoyable.

A great experience! - An absolutely great experience! I bought the food tour for my fiancé's birthday and we both thoroughly enjoyed every element. Burak was our tour guide and we felt like we were with a very knowledgeable friend. He patiently answered all our questions, he showed us Turkish food secrets that we would have never uncovered alone, you are in safe hands with him. We also ate a lot, so be prepared!!

Must do food experience in Istanbul - We had a great experience on this walking food tour. Mr Salih took us to some very fine restaurants that's locals dine. We had great pastrami goats cheese. A delicious local pizza topped with minced meat on a very thin crust. The higlite was the lamb head soup with fresh bread and salad. The Adana Kabab was outstanding too. We finished of with a sinful Kunafa. The whole experience was in the Asian side of Istanbul after a short ride across the Bosphorus by boat. It's a food lovers delight and should not be missed for the lovely locales and food.

Informative and yummy food tour - My husband and I had a great evening with Sahil exploring Istanbul’s/Turkey’s favorites. We spent most of the evening on the Asian-side at Karaköy meandering the local markets. Sahil was informative and friendly the entire evening. He answered our questions throughout the evening, not just about food but about history, culture, etc. We were staying on the old town area of European side with lots of tourists; it was nice to see where the locals chose to eat. I was stuffed at the time be of the evening, but I made sure I made room for dessert! I recommend choosing a tour with Sahil, if possible.

Exceeded expectations! - Burak was an incredible guide. Easy to connect to with stories about the Turkish culture and how it is expressed in the food we were eating. Be sure to come hungry! We got to try so many things, and they were all delicious. Also Burak took extra time to help us to find an important item that was dropped along the way, which was so kind. If you are looking for a great food tour…you’ve found it with this one!
