Experience of a lifetime! - My husband & I had the mid level treatment which lasts just over an hour - my husband referred to it as an experience of a lifetime! My therapist Bouquet was amazing - of all the massages I have had she was by far the best ever. From the scouring, to the mud, to the suds, to the massage, her techniques were fantastic - Thank you Hamam for a lifetime memory!

Amazing experience at Ağa Hamami - From the moment I stepped inside Ağa Hamami, the wonderful staff took care of me. Since this was my first time to a Turkish bath, they explained everything. A few things to note: the bath area is coed. I wore a swimsuit for that part; the body scrub is done with only bottoms on. The foam bath was amazing! I got my hair washed. I relaxed on the loungers & they brought me cool pomegranate juice & Turkish delight. Then oil massage time! Wow! It might be better to go during the winter. I was is Istanbul in the summer and the bath sauna was very warm. The two faucets ran hot water and hotter water. The marble platform is heated. But it was an amazing experience I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent option if you want to experience an authentic Ottoman hammam - It was a very good experience in a hamman with a lot of history. I recommend it!! Keep in mind that payment is in cash and you must bring your swim shorts (everything else is provided to you)

Washing my troubles away. - The highlight was definitely the foam scrub. However, the entire experience was relaxing, rejuvenating and wonderful. We enjoyed meeting the blind cat, Nunis, I think his name was. Our hosts were friendly, accomodating and helpful. We arrived 30 minutes early and had the place all to ourselves. It is an experience I would highly recommend.

An experience! - This was something else! First, you are taken to a room made completely of marble. It is hot like a sauna, you “wash” (more like splash) yourself, and then lay on the hot stone in the center of the room. It was my husband and I and another couple. Then you separated by gender and are taken to a different room where you are scrubbed head to toe and then completely covered in BUBBLES! So many bubbles! The workers massage you with the bubbles and it is very nice. The women even washed our hair and scrubbed our scalps. It sort of feels like being a little kid again and having someone give you a very thorough bubble bath! Afterward, I was reunited with my husband and taken upstairs to rest, have apple tea, and some Turkish delight. We paid extra for the additional massage, which was nice, but I would have been happy without it. This is definitely not to be missed if you are looking for something completely UNIQUE when you are in Turkey.

Smiling welcome....nice service - The entrance is not very engaging....you have to go down stairs to a wooden door. Inside we discover the reception room with a small fountain. The decoration is made of bric and broc but you can feel the orientation at work. Pay in cash....you will get a discount. Few people around 2:00. The steam room is pretty. The massage quite energetic and firm. The rest room upstairs deserves a softer and less loud music. Together quite suitable.

Cute Turkish bath and scrub but avoid oil massage - The hammam is very beautiful and ancient and well maintained Very good reception Turkish bath and excellent scrub, friendly and professional staff Warning: take only the basic package which is very good The oil massage was a terrible experience that compromised the whole day. A massage with maneuvers that should be carried out only by osteopaths and deleterious. And listen, listen, you masseur who spat on the ground all the time during the massage! That's too bad. It was a good day gone wrong
